This stunning, newly designed Breckenridge home is nestled into Blue River - a renowned and widely popular area due to it's privacy, wooded and mountain views, and gorgeous wooded landscape. This 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom home is built with custom furnishings, and beautifully furnished with comfort in mind. The bright and airy floorplan offers large windows bringing in natural sunlight into the entire home.

Upon entry into the home, you are greeted with magnificent Breckenridge mountain views, and is a quick 3 minute drive to the Breckenridge's Main Street and ski lifts. The main, open floor offers access to a deck with more up-close mountain and forest views, gourmet kitchen adorned with stainless steel appliances, and vaulted ceilings. Access to the bedrooms and 2 custom-designed bathrooms on the bottom level, as well as the private hot tub.

This private home is the perfect vacation rental for a family trip during any of the beautiful seasons that Breckenridge has to offer.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Decent rental but not private and bad road noise

Great access to Breckenridge but not private or quiet. Great view with the windows closed but the road noise is really loud from RT 9 on the deck or with windows open. Some reviews of this property on other sites say it is private but the neighborhood must have really filled in as there are large homes very close to this property. TVs were older non-smart TVs. There is a separate Apple TV device upstairs but we had to buy a Chromecast to watch the NBA playoffs. Downstairs is just a DVD player. When we got there, there were two overflowing bins of trash in the mud room. The management company eventually picked it up but it took a while for a response. Overall, probably a good place for skiing because of access to Breckenridge but not a great fit for us. We ended up leaving a day early.

Great Getaway

The house had everything we needed. Perfect location, just outside of town. We loved watching the moon rise over the mountians from the balcony.

Lack of advertised amenities not disclosed

Whereas the house was nice, we were disappointed to find that despite the pictures on the site showing satellite tv, we came to find out that the owner cancelled the service, and we had no tv. We happened to be in Breckenridge during a time that it rained heavily almost every day. We were told we could use the apps for tv viewing. The problem with that was the very intermittent coverage with the wi-fi. This also created a problem for us in being able to handle some work away from home. We also were excited to have a fire in the fireplace. When we arrived, we found instructions not to use the fireplace. We were also disappointed that the lakeside property was next to a small lake that was mostly drained for repairs. We sought help from the management people, and were basically told there was nothing they could do. We have been renting through VRBO for years, and the lack of concern or remedial measures for the lack of amenities that were supposed to be part of the package deal we contracted for was very disappointing to say the least. We have found many excellent properties through VRBO - this one was not one of them.

Breckenridge Cabin

Extremely pleased with our decision to stay in this home during our Breckenridge stay. The location is absolutely perfect. The views of the mountains from inside the living space, back deck and hot tub were truly what made this location so special. The location felt private enough and was only a quick 10 minute drive to town and Breckenridge mountain ski resort. There were 4 of us altogether (2 couples) and there was plenty of space for at least 2 more people. The space was extremely clean, updated and had everything we needed. The only downside is I wish we would have been notified that the fireplace does not work/is turned off. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

Christmas Getaway

With all that is going on this past year, we needed a change of scenery. This was the solution. The house was great! I would suggest requesting the heat be turned on before arrival because the main floor took a while (overnight) to heat up. The location of the house being just outside of town was nice. We will definitely keep this house in mind if we ever decide to go back to Breck.
