Ideally located only 200m to the sea and cafe with a short walk to Aldinga Srcub Conservation Park, 16 Dunstan St is the perfect location for your next family holiday.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living spaces, you'll have the perfect set up for 1 or 2 families. Choose to dine upstairs or outside.
Thoughtfully appointed kitchen with quality utensils, cookware and tableware.

Enjoy listening to the sounds of the local wildlife while you sit in the sun room for your morning tea or coffee or enjoy a game of cricket on the lawn. You can also have a game of mini golf on our new Put-Put Course.
Explore the local reefs on low tide. Take a short, stroll to the new Pearl cafe for brunch. Spend the day parked on the beautiful sand of Aldinga Beach. There are so many choices.

Gorgeous property, can’t fault it!

Had a work event in Adelaide but due to the long weekend we looked a bit further out for accomodation. This house came up and looked perfect, and so it was! The house was huge, enough room to park 5-6 cars easily. Mattresses were hard and supportive which was a plus! A short drive to the local shopping centre and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Just a top notch place to stay!

Spent 4 nights. Place clean, spacious Airconditioning in every room. Close to beach. Perfect for 2 families with 3 kids.

Hidden gem

Fabulous location with a short walk to iconic Aldinga Beach. The house easily catered for our large family group with well thought out amenities. We loved sitting on the front patio for an afternoon drink and watching the big and small kids playing on the lush lawn. The internal spiral staircase was a bit tricky to navigate but the external stairs were a good alternative. Andy provided regular communication prior to and during our stay. We caused a bit of anxiety as we forgot to leave the keys in the keylock on departure but all ended well!
