Pool just steps away!

Fully equipped 2 "master bedroom floor plan"- 2 bath condo. Master has king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Full size with a desk. Large kitchen open to the dining and living room with plantation shutters . This unit has 2 outdoor patios and is just steps from the pool. Patio has bbq, dining table and outside chairs. Ceiling fans in all rooms and single car garage. Washer/dryer in the unit (not in garage). TVs in living room (with smart DVD) and the master bedroom. The grounds at Sunrise Racquet Club are amazing with pools/spas, tennis courts and multipurpose room with gazebo (in fact I got married there!) Reasonably priced in great complex

You won’t go wrong staying here. Quiet, convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced for Palm Springs great communication from the owner too.

this place was ok but it's starting to show it's age. Certain things need to be fixed ( 2 leaking toilets and a leaking kitchen faucet) The patio door is hard to close and the patio shutters do not open/close properly. Some of the furniture should be upgraded. The living room couch is very uncomfortable. Communication was good and the host is aware of these issues. The grounds around the property are beautiful and the pool area was very clean.

Palm Springs visit

We were lucky enough to stay at Minka's condo for a month. Everything went very smoothly and the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to visit and see. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to spend some time in the desert. Thank you again for everything.

Wonderful Place.

Perfect location for us, the home is built in a park like setting which made us feel we were truly away from the rush of daily life. Wonderful experience.

Sunrise Racquet Club

The condo is clean and well equipped and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Minka was very responsive if we had questions or issues. The unit and the entire complex is very quiet and well maintained. The only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub outside of our unit was not working the entire month that we were there. There are five other pools and hot tubs a short walk away. We would definitely stay again and recommend this rental.
