We have outdoor security cameras (none facing/including into house) covering: front door area, garage, driveway, pool equipment (incls spa), side yard ravine (incls pool). You may request that the cameras facing the pool/spa and side yard be turned off during your stay.
+ This property uses a noise monitoring device that measures sound levels (in decibels) to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The device does not record audio or conversations.

//// DUE TO CITY RULES (FOR SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTALS), YOU WILL NOT BE A FIT FOR THE CHOLLA HOUSE IF ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOUR GROUP:
(a) the primary guest (Responsible Persons) is not at least 25 years of age, or
(b) you will have more than 2 cars, or
(c) you have more than 4 people in your party (age does not matter) (although 2 additional people 12 years old or younger are allowed beyond the 4 person maximum), or
(d) you want to play sound or music outside at anytime (e.g., play some music at the pool), or
(e) you have any pets, or
(f) you want to smoke on the premises, or
(g) you want to have a party with more than 4 adults at the property, or
(h) you will not be able to follow quiet hours from 10PM to 10AM.
Detailed rules:
** You must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
** City requires that I have a vacation rental contract with guest, and collect an ID from primary guest; you agree to complete the contract and provide your id.
** As per city rules, video call between owner and guest is required at time of arrival.
** Occupancy Limit: Max occupancy is 4 people (age does not matter), but 2 additional people are allowed if they are 12 years of age or under. Total daytime max occupancy is 8 people.
** Vehicles: Only 2 cars are allowed (if you are renting more than 28 nights, please discuss with owner if you have more than 2 cars).
** Noise: city says no music or sound (TV, cell phone, radio, etc.) are allowed outside at any time; i.e., music, etc. only inside, and not audible beyond the property line.
