Love the area and location. Kitchen well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Balcony needed cleaned so we could use it.

Not a good place if you have a group of people

The property was nice, and the location was great. However the beds were terribly uncomfortable, the house was clean enough but there were spider webs and scuff marks on the walls. The four adults were enjoying the balcony and telling stories and laughing and were told twice we were being too loud and then had our door bell rang again at midnight for our TV being too loud. Would be a better property for a single couple without children since it is located in the fourth floor with surrounding neighbors who prefer the quiet

Not a very comfortable stay

I will start by saying no I did not call to try to remedy the issues because there was no point most of the issues would have not been remedied plus, we didn’t want to waste time waiting around for people to show up that wouldn’t have made much of a difference. We got the place pretty cheap so That made it not so bad. But I will be honest the place was dirty. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. There was no signal. The Wi-Fi did not work and something was blocking the signal for the phone even if you use data there is absolutely no Internet service either way, the furniture in the balcony was breaking down and not trustworthy. The table was falling apart inside I had to tighten the screws so nobody would lean on it and fall down on top of all that when we went to leave and stripped down the bedding for the maids, the beds had Stains like urine feces and blood stains everywhere. It was disgusting. A lot of stuff is breaking down in this place and nobody’s fixing it. It was very disappointing very uncomfortable and dirty. Would definitely not stay here again.

Quick Weekend Rental

We came down quickly for my husbands birthday. It took a while for the check in email to come through but we enjoyed our stay and can hopefully book the same place again in the future.

It was ok

The stay was ok,there was scuff marks on the walls ,some parts of the ceiling was peeling, the entrance door wouldn't close, I reported the problem and didn't get corrected while I was there,after stripping all beds before departure there were stains on the mattress in 2 of the rooms, but the stay was ok and quiet, but for the money that I paid for the unit it could have looked better!

Served its purpose

I never go to a rental property expecting perfection, especially for the price, but I was very disappointed in how dirty this property was when we arrived. The floors had been swept and mopped but there was a layer of dust a dirt about two inches around the parameter as if this was a super quick rush job. I get it; turn over is probably pretty quick and we did ask for an early check-in so I can’t be too upset. However, the baseboards were CAKED in dirt, hair and dust. In every room. This didn’t occur between one stay; this had been marinating. There was a casserole dish and baking sheet in the cupboard that had what looked like bacon grease smeared on them as well as chunks of food. Whenever you turned on the exhaust fan in either bathroom you were greeted with an extremely overpowering smell of marijuana. It may be legal there; I do not know as my family does not use drugs. When we took the trash out we learned there were no additional trash bags. The dish and laundry soap provided was awful. I realize this is a luxury I’ve come to be used to at other locations but I expected at least a second trash bag. The property was decorated beautifully and had a calming vibe but the more you looked around the dirtier it looked. I’ve stayed in rentals for years, all over the US, and this is the only place I will not return to unfortunately. This place was worth the price and we did select the location due to price. It was just disappointing that the bare minimum was not achieved.

Nice location, nice condo, floors were dirty upon entry

It was easy to obtain the key and the condo was nice. Only complaint was that the floors were dirty and gritty to walk on. Would rent again.

Great stay, just a few upgrades needed.

The unit was very spacious and comfortable. The living room sofa & drapery need to be upgraded. Couch is old and living room drapes are stained badly. Other than that, I would have given the property 5 stars. Outside stairwells & doorway need to be treated for spiders! They were out of control.

Dirty and deceptive

Do not trust this 4+ star rating. This home had sand all over its floors and our family that needed the pull out couch had to sleep across the sofa because there was no pull out bed. We contacted management immediately for other issues, such as missing hair dryer, leaking toilet, and more and none of these issues were fixed or addressed during our stay. This was our second visit to the Myrtle Beach area and we were thoroughly disappointed with this VRBO.

Myrtle getaway

We enjoyed our stay. This VRBO has plenty of space, witty décor, but below average mattresses. My wife wishes there was a hair dryer.

Golf trip March Break

The property was exactly as shown, clean spacious and had the right amount of beds for oue golf foursome. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Basically the only problem we had was in one bathroom - the shower did not put out a strong enough stream so a bath had to be utilized.

We were very happy with the location, furnishings, cleanliness and the fact that the kitchen had the things we needed. Being on the top floor was a plus because you have vaulted ceilings and no one walking above you. Peaceful view overlooking the lake was an ideal place to have a morning cup of coffee. The couch in the living area was very comfortable and the television was a large screen, unlike other places. We will be booking here again!

Some of the lights did not work and the shower pressure in master is horrible. Other than that, was a great stay.
