CHECK IN 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (June-Aug. 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.) or as soon as your rental property has been cleaned or inspected. Check-in time may be extended for special cleaning and maintenance. Please be aware that many accommodations may not be ready in-season until after 3 pm. Please call for special instructions on late arrivals. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25.

CHECK OUT 10:00 a.m. or earlier.

CHECK IN DATE Units rent from SATURDAY to SATURDAY and others from SUNDAY to SUNDAY, June-August. Please note in the unit description the days each unit is rented. For reservations less than a week during June - August, please call 5 days prior to the arrival date. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.

Our family of seven stayed very comfortably in this unit. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everyone could not stop raving about how comfortable the beds were and we had plenty of room for family dinners and game nights. Property is kept very clean and made getting down to the beach a breeze. Super close to lots of nice beach shops and ocean front restaurants. If you’re looking for the perfect beach front condo I couldn’t recommend it more we look forward to staying again in the future!

Very good, they seemed on top of things to get the elevators and everything working when we lost power from the storm. Difficult to work the TV, watch any live TV, would be nice to have some Tupperware containers to store leftovers and such.

The unit itself is overall is very nice, comfy, well decorated and equipped (could use some Tupperware storage). The upkeep of the building and facilities is adequate. The pool and lazy river areas are way too small for the capacity of the two buildings it serves. It is nearly impossible to get a chair unless you’re there as soon as the area opens in the morning which is not what you should be stressing about while on vacation. The beach access is easy. The location is convenient.

Everything we needed for cooking was readily available. Washer and dryer was very convenient. Great location to mini golf, shopping and fun restaurants

The room was without a doubt the cleanest and best furnished condo we have ever stayed in at North Myrtle Beach. The building is fairly well kept up but it could stand some paint and new finishes. The elevator s were fast and there were plenty of carts to get luggage from car to the condo. The parking garage was convenient and well lit. The lazy river did not look real clean but we didn’t use it. Overall we enjoyed our week and will book this condo again next year. Oh one more thing. We smoke and have no issue going outside to do so but there are no containers for the for the cigarette butts and people were throwing them on the sidewalk and street. Overall we were very pleased.
