Next to the dining area is the spacious living room with beach contemporary furniture, sleeper sofa (for extra sleeping capacity), HDTV and slider access to your private deck.
Not far away, the Primary bedroom features a king size bed, HDTV, slider access to the private deck and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a granite topped vanity and a very nice tiled walk-in shower.
Completing the arrangements on the first floor of this villa is the second bedroom and bathroom. This first floor bedroom features a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a granite topped vanity and a nicely tiled tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom is located upstairs. It features two twin beds, an HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside you'll enjoy the tranquility the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system provides. The large private deck provides multiple seating and/or dining options, along with a charcoal grill. The beach is easily accessed by a ten minute bike ride or by calling the seasonal Dunes Buggy, which is an on-call and in-resort transportation service.
