This unit is in a spectacular section of the Queen's Grant community, one of the closest to the beach, the Dunes House, as well as the General Store, Tennis Center, and Golf Clubhouse.

The spacious living room is has a cathedral ceiling, large flat screen TV, ample seating, and access to the private deck. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding as well. The kitchen has been tastefully updated with newer cabinets and appliances. There is a washer and dryer located in the kitchen as well. The deck has an outdoor dining area for true indoor/outdoor living.

The master bedroom has a King bed, Flat Screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds, a Flat Screen TV, and a hallway bath.
