This spacious, light and bright 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts one of the best views in Mammoth. Gaze upon the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Rock while you relax and spread out in this spacious home featuring over 2,500 sq ft of space. There is plenty of seating for everyone upstairs and the living room features a flat screen TV with DVD player, cozy gas fireplace, and two separate dining areas. Cook meals with friends and family in the full deluxe kitchen. Enjoy the comforts of home with in unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, private 2-car garage, and gas grill on the back can even bring Fido as this home is pet-friendly! The master bedroom has an incredible view with private deck to enjoy your morning coffee and offers guests a King size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, private gas fireplace and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and even a small desk if you need to work or school remotely while on vacation. The second bedroom downstairs has a King size bed with an en-suite and private deck, and a dressing table that could also be used as a separate work station. The third bedroom on the upstairs level features a Queen bed and Mammoth Mountain facing views. The kids will love having their own bunk room with a eurostyle bunk bed with a Twin on the top, Double on the bottom, plus an additional Twin bed, and flatscreen TV with DVD player. The third full bathroom with separate vanity and dual sinks is on the top level of the home. This home is perfect for a large family or multiple families and even comes with baby gate and some kids toys. With walking trails directly from your back deck, and snow fields for the kids to play in while you watch from beside the cosy fireplace, this is a Mountain retreat made for making memories. No smoking, pets on a request basis only. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Great family rental

We love staying in snow creek every year for our family trip. The property was great. It would be nice to see the property management company progress past keys and having to “check in” and “check out”. We will be back and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay in mammoth

House is super spacious and better than the photos. We had a great time. Everything you need - house is fully stocked with kitchen goods, games, towels etc . Check in was easy. Location was close to the mountain. Would definitely come back.

Two gas fire places keep the ambiance going indoors. Well appointed with lots of extras: humidifiers, lots of games, great seating for dining & plus table for games & puzzles. The kitchen has lovely appliances and cookware; all you need to serve a crowd. Bathrooms are well stocked and the whole house is super clean. Very large and comfortable for a family or two.

Clean and spacious

4 bedroom, 3 bath and spacious living area great for our 6 adult, 4 kid group. Nice and clean on arrival. Garage door non-functioning the first couple days and front entry piled high with snow so bit of a challenge getting in and out. Suggestions to owner would be to do clean out of at least one cabinet in kitchen for guests to store food and simplify TV/audio controllers with current instructions. We had to have Jason in maintenance figure it out for us as instructions there did not apply/work.

Beautiful views

Sitting in the living room looking out at the mountains was great. This home backs up to open space and so nothing impedes your view of the mountains. The home is spacious and nice with plenty of room. We liked having two of the bedrooms with king beds. For a large group this home fits the bill and I would recommend it with a disclaimer to be aware of a couple things. The upstairs balcony where you could sit and enjoy the views was a disappointment. It is very small. Smaller than a condo balcony with room only for two bar stools. As this is a large home with 4 bedrooms the balcony with only room for 2 people seems odd. If you are visiting during winter, this wouldn't impact your stay. However, we were there in summer and would have liked to spend more time on a sufficient balcony. Additionally the balcony is pared and shared with the attached townhome. No wall between so no privacy. Several pieces of furniture in the house are worn and they have put what looks like colored duct tape to patch holes. Its time to replace worn out furniture. I had spoken with the management in advance and asked if we could check in at 3:00 instead of 4. They said they wouldn't know till the day of and they would make a note of it and let me know. I called as we were driving up to check on my request and they had no record of it. So not only could we not check in early, they were running a tad behind and we got keys at 4:30.

It was well stocked for cooking, towels, bedding, etc. The only complaint is the carpet had pet hair in it and Mammoth Reservations would not even bring us a vacuum to do it ourselves. Several attempts fell on deaf ears. Don't expect Mammoth Reservation to take care of any problems. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

It's on a quiet street, easy to take walks with kids and pets. Main level has two bedrooms and bath, while lower level has two more bedrooms with doors out to small deck. We enjoyed the gas fireplaces in master bedroom and family room. We would recommend this place to any family that can manage stairs into the main living area.

An excellent week

The property was very well appointed, nicely laid out and very comfortable for our three couples. We were able to share rich family time and also have privacy. Views were spectacular, wonderful natural light, well designed home.
