This spacious and open 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, single level condo is located in the exclusive Snowcreek 5 resort against the Sherwin Mountain Range. This area is on the Snowcreek Golf Course. Surrounded by aspen trees and lush wild flowers in the spring and summer and snow covered pine trees in the winter. The floor plan includes two separate and private bedroom suites divided by the great room, kitchen and a formal dining area. The living area includes the ultimate comfort with sofa, flat screen TV with cable, Blu Ray, DVD and a gas fireplace featuring rustic river rock. The formal dining area has rustic antique table and 6 chairs. The master bedroom suite offers a king bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has euro-style bunk bed with a Twin on the top, Queen on the bottom, and Twin trundle underneath. Both bedrooms offer private full bathrooms. There is also a laundry room in the condo with a private washer/dryer and WiFi for your convenience. This unit is not pet friendly and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Please note: There may be construction in and around this complex during the Summer. This may include but not limited to repairs, painting, parking lot resurface, deck repairs. We have no control over the schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be rescheduled to accommodate unit occupancy. We apologize for any inconvenience. Inconvenient, not worth the price.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this property due to the location having stayed in several other properties in this community. This unit doesn’t have parking in front and you have to park houses away. Very inconvenient when you are traveling with little ones during a snow storm. The property didn’t have clean bath towels this is a property management/ cleaning issue. You pay for cleaning fees and the unit isn’t cleaned? We arrived during a snow storm the unit temperature was set at 50-• and it took over 8 hours to get the a somewhat comfortable temp of 70 we arrived late in the evening so the first night it was freezing! The water temp in the showers are so sensitive any little tap you get either freezing cold water or burning hot. Not safe with little ones. Bathroom doors jams and only my husband could open. Kitchen is tiny- only one person fits at a time. Will not stay here again.

The list of items available in the unit was helpful. The property was clean and well-maintained. I am a loyal Snowcreek summer vacation renter and have had positive experiences with Snowcreek properties for many years. Communication from the property management service was clear, concise and timely. The only minor negative issue was either a vehicle or home alarm that beeped at night. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative and I would stay at this property again for future summer fishing trips. One item related to Mammoth Reservations that I found concerning was the after hours handling of the keys and parking permits. The keys and permits are left in an unsecured box outside of the office for after hour pick up and drop off. The absence of a secured key box seems to present opportunities for anyone other than renters to access keys/properties. As a renter who is responsible for key return and property condition, I believe this is an undue risk that could be remedied easily.

Nice condo but No heat

We arrived Friday night with the heater not working. We immediately called Mammoth Reservations and they said they would send someone out. 3 hours later their local maintenance person showed up and tried to fix it. It wasn't until he met with his boss that he reset the unit and it started working. But when we woke up in the morning it had shut off again and was not working. This happened a few more times over the 3 day weekend. The response time of Mammoth Reservations was very disappointing and their urgency to fix our unit that had no heat. In the end they did give us a very fair and generous refund on a portion of our total bill. Other then the heat the condo was very nice, the jacuzzi was very close by and the beds were comfortable.
