This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit (located in the Forester building) sleeps 4 people and is just steps away from Eagle Lodge! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom offers a king size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and there is kids sized small Twin bunk beds just off the dining room. Relax after a day on the mountain in one of the complexes many Jacuzzi and pools (summer only). Summit 45 offers free WiFi and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9"). This unit is pet friendly! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Super convenient location

This was a perfect place for us - less than 5 min walk to Eagle Lodge, dogs allowed, a hidden bunk bed set up etc. I'd definitely rent again!

Cute, great location, everything we needed

My husband and I took a trip to Mammoth during the summer to be near the hiking and enjoy the outdoors. This rental was everything we needed. Fully stocked for cooking, every kitchen utensil we needed, standard hotel-like toiletries in the bathroom, plenty of towels, and a comfy living room to lounge at night. The property itself was very pretty and in a good location. We'd come back and recommend this unit to friends.

Reviewer Comments: Location is very convenient, it was the first unit on the left coming up the parking garage and there was another door to exit outside the building on ground level on the way up. Layout was good, had everything we needed and a small balcony. Loved the chair recliner to relax on. Lots of shelves and hooks everywhere to hang stuff. The only complaint is the bed is a bit dated, you can feel the springs and the pillows were flat. The town isn't so big so it was an easy few minutes drive to the Village and all the restaurants and nearby lakes.

Perfect Eagle Lodge Ski Retreat

Great little condo. Perfect for my family of 4 (2 parents, kids 21 and 19). Downstairs unit and a 3 minute walk to lift for easy come/go. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook. Unit only had salt, so plan accordingly. Games and puzzles were a nice surprise. Although missing various pieces we had to get creative. lolBunk bed is not a twin, but truly kids sized as listing described. Master king was very comfortable. What would make this a 5 star for me;-keypad for unit entry so I didn’t stress about giving the kids a physical key to lose and allow each kid the flexibility to come/go as they needed. -some additional cooking spices (pepper at least). Would absolutely stay here again.

The negatives: The same dirt spots on the furniture and carpet were still there after 3 years. The owner of this cat friendly condo has always waived the pet fee. I was not given the opportunity to ask Her through Mammoth Reservations so paid $400 to bring a cat that has stayed there years.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Across the street from the eagle lodge lift, pet friendly, parking indoors, comfortable king bed, dual bathroom sinks, kitchen has plenty of plates, pots, pans, every type of cup & glasses, silverware, crockpot, coffee maker, cutting boards, foil, ice trays, a big fridge with a big freezer, dining table, fire place, balcony view of the trail & jacuzzi, overall spacious place, toilet & shower separated from sinks with bathroom door, divider for the bedroom & living room.Cons: Used dirty sponge not replaced from previous renters, the pullout couch bed had human hair all over it & the bed was very thin, no elevator so you'll need to walk up 2 flights of stairs with your stuff, no smart TV with apps only cable available, checkout at 10am, bathroom was tiny.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Summit 45 a number of times over the years. We really like the proximity to Eagle Lodge and underground parking. On our recent visit we encountered the storm cycle of January 2023, so both of these features (location and garage) were in our favor. We had a couple of issues and communicated them to the property manager, and I am sure that they are resolved, now. It is a well loved unit with a lot of classic photos and charm. The cooking supplies continue to be upgraded over time, which is another positive.

Great complex for dogs!

Very nice kitchen, very clean. The bed could use upgrading...too bouncy, along with blankets. Overall was clean and comfortable.
