This hard to find Oceanfront condo location provides perfect views of the ocean, beach & boardwalk from a spacious furnished balcony. Sit back and soak up the casual boardwalk atmosphere. Located close to Kite Loft and Hooters. Inside, there is so much to love about this property. The many highlights include tile flooring, custom tile bathrooms, quality furnishings, and cool tech features - such as a big flat-screen TV, Xbox gaming system, and wall-mounted iPad for surfing the web (free Wi-Fi), adjusting the A/C, or controlling the surround sound system. Fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and extra-long breakfast bar - great for holding a big spread of food or just grabbing a quick bite. Owner also provides a beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, and a storage unit full of sand toys, bikes, scooters & more.

Ocean city on the boardwalk

The place was beautiful and near so many family friendly attractions. Our family had a great time and we were very pleased with this place!

Perfect beachside apartment

Nothing can beat this location, amenities and overall experience. This condo was true to listing. Checking in was great, as we received a text message when the unit was available. The location of the condo was perfect and the deck was the best part. Some may not appreciate being next to Hooters for crowds and whatnot, however we enjoyed hearing the music and it made for an enjoyable time sitting outside. We had one minor issue with the wifi not working, however property management did everything they could to fix it, and they were able to find a solution. Overall, we cannot wait to book this unit again.

Clean, Fun & Incredible Location

We absolutely loved this unit. We visit OC at least once a year and this was by far the best condo we've had. We stepped out of our place right onto the boardwalk. It could not have been more convenient. The unit was clean and well stocked. We loved the iPad with built in surround sound - we enjoyed all of the music we listened to while playing board games and taking in the view. The only suggestions we have would be 1) secure more reliable internet as outages were common and 2) the bedrooms need blackout blinds as the street lights keep the rooms well lit all night. We ended up buying a sleeping mask to deal with the issue. Overall though, we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it here and we will be back!

Pros and Cons

Pros: Great location and access to everything the boardwalk has to offer. Beach is literally within feet from the condo. Has provided beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and boogie boards for your convenience. Cons: there was no provided broom to use to sweep up messes or crumbs. They only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper(one for each bathroom) and one roll of paper towels along with 2 dishwasher tablets. Everything else you must bring and provide yourself. Hand soap, dish soap, dish cloth, trash bags, etc. The one shower backed up and wouldn’t drain properly therefore we quit using so it limited us to one bath/shower for 6 people. The cleanliness wasn’t good. Found a cigarette butt under my bed(I don’t smoke) earring backs along the dresser as well change behind dresser. I only know this bc my lipstick rolled behind and fell so I had to pull it out to get it and it’s noticeable that furniture don’t get moved out and cleaned behind. You also have to make your own beds with the linens they provide. With as much as this condo was, I feel that should already be done and all necessities should be provided as well for the luxury convenience. After all, you are on vacation and the last thing you want to do is chores. Just my opinion.

Very nice property and location.

Very nice property and location. I definitely would like to stay here again. Just a few small things it could’ve been slightly cleaner when we arrived. It would also be nice to have some shades in the bedroom to black out the light that is on all night long next-door. The balcony was awesome and it was a lovely rental.
