Elegant Deluxe Home with Private 2 Car Garage & Hot Tub, Near Eagle Lodge

Enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom town home located on the Sierra Star Golf Course and near Eagle Lodge and sleeps 10. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and has a TV/DVD, wood burning fireplace (NOTE: Firewood not provided), and sofa sleeper in the living room. It offers a King and TV in the master bedroom, a queen and TV in the 2nd bedroom with a private bath. The third bedroom has a queen and the fourth bedroom has two twins. This unit offers WiFi internet access, a private Jacuzzi, and BBQ on the outside deck. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and two car garage (garage clearance 7' 4").

This unit is not pet friendly and has a 3 night minimum. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home. I worked with Ellen at Mammoth reservations; she was accommodating, professional, great personality, and I would work with her again. She is a real asset to your company.The few items that could use some attention. `The window needs cleaning. The kitchen skillets were in bad shape. We actually bought a new one and left it. The toilets sounded like rocket ships when there flush. If you flush them at night, they will wake people up. The kitchen floor is beautiful, but when you walk on it, it creaks, and the sound goes through the floor into the bedroom below and wakes up the people in the bedroom.Curtis Jennings

Great place for 4 couples

Timber Court worked perfectly for our group of 4 couples getting together for our first post-vaccination reunion and first visit to Mammoth Lakes. The house is spacious, beautiful, well-equipped, and true to the descriptions. We had a very fine time. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: Although Mammoth was very smoky and we did not get to do anything locally we still had a very good time. The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the private jucuzzi. The only drawback was that the photos look like there is a propane BBQ and there was only a Weber. We had to buy coals for $20 a bag and there were no BBQ utensils to cook with.

Mountain Retreat

A wonderful place that accommodated all 7 of us. The beds were great and the showers were always warm! We loved the Great Room for gathering at night - sharing meals, playing games, and watching movies. We would love to stay here again sometime!

Beautiful, BUT NOT IN GREAT SHAPE!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was supposed to be a celebration for me and my family as I was celebrating me finishing chemotherapy and recovering from a double mastectomy and riding my body of Breast Cancer. We decided to splurge and go for 10 nights, 11 days, and spend more than we ever had on a rental. This placed looked amazing, so we splurged and spent $5,830 for the 10 nights. When we arrived we were excited for location and the beauty of the condo. Only to find out over the next few days there were many things wrong with the place. The jacuzzi was broken and ran almost 24 hours a day and kept people sleeping in the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor up at night because it kept turning on. They sent someone out, only for the guy to NOT fix it and tell us we were on our own. One of the sinks in the master bathroom was broken and had a terrible smell. The dishwasher was broken and my husband had to fix that the 1st day. The charcoal BBQ was broken, and we had to make a trip to hardware store and fix that as well. And, to top it off, there was a pipe broke in the front yard that was leaking water, so we let the property management know, so they sent someone over to fix it. Problem was, they dug up a good portion of the front yard, and pilled dirt & rocks onto the driveway, blocking our car for 1 whole day. They could have knocked and let us know before they started the work, we could have moved our car. We were there for 10 nights/11 days for a house that slept 10 people & had 4 bathrooms, & even though the told us that things like toilet paper would not be replenished, they gave us 6 rolls of TP for the 4 bathrooms, 6 rolls! It's not that we couldn't afford to buy more, its just the principal. We were staying not just for a long weekend with a few people, we had 10 people for 10 nights/11 days. I was not super happy with the customer service of the Property Mgmt. team when I called them several times for the broken things in the house. For $580, I expected perfection!

The home is well appointed and In Good condition. It is a three story home with many stairs. The master bedroom is on the top floor and there is NO air conditioning. There are no fans in the home either. Fortunately I brought a small one. The real problem was the windows were jarred shut in the master bedroom. I called the property management twice but they did not respond.

New Years Day Skiing

The house is nice and incredibly close to Eagle Lodge. We had a wonderful stay. The only challenge we felt was we over paid for what the house is compared to other homes and then got charged another additional over charge for linens.Won't return to this property.

Perfect Getaway for 2 families

This property was perfect for our 2-family (10 people) ski vacation! The location is ideal. It’s a 4 minute drive front eagle lodge, so even running back for a forgotten pair of gloves is no big deal. We love Eagle because it’s sweet and less crowded than main lodge, and has a great ski school. And once you’re at the top of Eagle Express you can ski to any part of the mountain easily. Beds are comfy, everything is beautifully appointed, kitchen is well-stocked with all the cookware we needed. We loved how close we were to Vons and other downtown spots for takeout and whatnot. We will surely be back!

Very nice

Loved our stay here, but wish it didn't have so many stairs. High elevation plus 3 story house = constant workout. Not as relaxing a trip as I had hoped, but the house is beautiful.
