Beautiful home with the perfect location!

We chose this home in Breckenridge for the space, the hot tub, and the excellent location. What we weren't expecting was the wonderful communication from the property manager/owner, Kim, and how thoughtfully the home was set up. The kitchen is fully prepared to make gourmet meals, spices included, with every accessory we could think to need. There was an abundance of towels available as well as extra blankets, and the hot water never ran out. 5 adults, and never once did the hot water or pressure falter. I don't know what magic heater they have, but it did its job beautifully. 10/10 would recommend this home to others, and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely home

Beautiful home in a peaceful and convenient location. Loved the hot tub. There was no propane for the outdoor fire pit but owner reimbursed us for the tank we purchased. Owner could have been more responsive to a few questions we had but overall a great stay.

Beautiful stay in Breck, great location!

The house is beautiful and just as described. Very easy drive to town and we actually walked the trail to town and back several times. The hike down is very easy, but a bit more challenging going back to the house since it’s uphill. The jacuzzi was a welcome edition at the end of a long day of hiking to soak your muscle pain away. The only surprise was that the house has no AC as another reviewer mentioned and I did not notice that when I booked. Luckily the weather was amazing so just opening a few windows kept it cool enough except for the last two days during warmer temps, but at night it dropped back to a comfortable temperature. It would not keep me from booking this house unless temps were going to be higher than upper 70’s consistently. Owner was very responsive to texts and gave us great restaurant recommendations and answered our questions about other activities in town. We tried nearly all of her recommended restaurants and enjoyed them all. Coffee was provided which was a welcome treat and there are all kinds of spices for cooking. Another welcome edition was the board and card games which we enjoyed playing at night! We even found a new favorite family game. Overall location is great, house is decorated beautifully and well maintained. Tip-pick up a bag of ice when you are at the store for drinks.

Lovely Home for a Get-Away

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this delightful and well decorated home! It's location so close to Breckenridge's cute downtown was a bonus and we really enjoyed sitting out and listing to the Aspen and the birds!

Beautiful house and perfect location!

This was a beautiful house and perfectly located close to main street (walking distance, which is ideal). Hot tub was amazing and relaxing after a long day. There were a few issues at check in, but the property manager promptly responded to all our questions and helped us along the way. She was AMAZING to work with day and night! I recommend staying here and will book again when we visit Breck!

Beautiful and Cozy

My wife and I stayed in this incredible home for 4 days, and loved every second of it. The decoration is upscale, yet comfortable and homey. The home is set far enough away from town to be secluded and private, yet close enough that access is easy. You truly feel like you’re deep in the forest, with all the beautiful attributes that brings (birdsong in the morning, stars at night, tall trees everywhere you look). The hot tub makes for memorable evenings, especially during snowfall! Well-appointed and elegant, it takes only a short time to feel like you’re at a home away from home. Warm fires add to the atmosphere, and make you want to cozy up with a blanket and good movie, or perhaps one of the many timeless board games stocked in the cabinets (something we did every day). Starting the morning on the deck with a coffee (also stocked with a great selection) is the best way to begin your day. Cooking in this home is a joy, as it’s teeming with excellent cookware, and we made use of that many times. Access is easy and simple, making coming-and-going at will a very real option. For those interested, the walk to town is not even 10 minutes, and every step through the neighborhood is lovely. When I book a vacation home, it seems reasonable to expect that there will be at least some things that are inconvenient or will take getting used to, but that was not the case with this home: we felt like we were in a home we knew well, and could customize everything to our needs. This home is an amazing place out of which to experience the beauties of Breckenridge. This home was a blessing to us, and we will certainly be looking at it again for a future stay!

Awesome Stay

Loved it here! We had a small reunion with some friends and family, and really enjoyed this property. Just a five minute drive to Main St, this home is in the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen space to cook. The hot tub was also a nice finishing touch. 10 / 10 recommend this home.

Breck stay

3 couples stayed at this lovely home, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and open floor plan. The quick walking trail to downtown was so convenient and scenic. The house had everything we needed! The only thing I would note is that the house did not have AC, which is common in the area I’m sure.

Immaculate & Peaceful

This home is absolutely beautiful! Very clean, has every amenity needed (wine bottle opener - thank you!). Thoughtfully appointed with very comfortable furnishings. Appreciated the little extras like toiletries, extra towels. Was raining so we didn't get to use the deck or trail to town. But only a 5 minute drive to Main Street. Would highly recommend - we will stay here again!

Beautiful homey and comfy chalet

We had a fantastic week if the chalet. Very clean, beautiful and fully equipped. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the proximity of Breckenridge.
