We were very pleased with our stay. This home is so comfy and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet, and we enjoyed the wildlife that visited each morning. I highly recommend this vacation home!

Great space for family.

Woodland Park was a great spot to access fun family activities. 4th of July fireworks were fantastic and we could view them at the end the room . Our3 year old twin grands loved all their sleeping options in the bunk bed room. Kitchen well supplied. Outdoor space and hot tub were great also!

Large Family Staycation

It was a small cute place but I wouldn’t say it’s 5 star. Kitchen…We stayed for 3 nights and cooked all meals there but a few lunches. Kitchen is cute and a good size to cook in but lacks several items to being fully stocked. Some of the dishes were dirty when I pulled them out for use. I had to wash them first but the kitchen was clean. The coffee pot is a carafe and Kerig combo. The carafe did not work. We had 7 people staying there so we all had to do the kerig which wasn’t handy. The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies, such as trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, which was helpful. All appliances were nice and clean. Bathrooms… There are only two, I used the one closest to the kitchen, the shower head was good and strong. Both were clean and stocked with hair and body care supplies. Hair dryers in both. Bedrooms…All clean, my bed was comfortable with good linens, but the room I stayed in was small and I had no room to put two suitcases. There is no air conditioning but they had a fan in each bedroom. That was helpful. Living room was comfortable and clean. Television worked well. We did not use the laundry room. Hot tub…It didn’t get very warm but we still used it. The back patio and yard is the cutest. My favorite of the entire stay. A great way to start the morning with a cup of coffee. We used the charcoal grill. The racks were really dirty but we cleaned it and used it. The owners stayed in an RV right beside us which made us a little uncomfortable. I had grandchildren over everyday and it made me nervous they were going to mess up something due to all the rules. It’s hard to keep 5 young grands in order. LOL. All in all, we had a good visit and nice stay.

Family fun in Woodland Park

Well it rained every day we were there. We were only able to use the hottub once. Despite the rain it was wonderful waking up to the low hanging clouds and fog everyday, along with the deer. The kitchen/dining was huge and great for board and card games. We also enjoyed the recreation center right down the street, great when you cant really enjoy the outside.

It was a great property to spend the last half of our spring break! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and we all enjoyed how spacious the house was. It was very accommodating!

Perfect getaway!

This house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could have needed for our family of 4. We loved the hot tub, and all the deer hanging around the neighborhood.

Perfect Family Getaway

we needed a place to stay with our daughters and their families that was close to our sons home in Woodland Park. This house was perfect! It was very clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. We would definitely Stay in this house again!

Peaceful

We had a very nice time. The house was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels. The only thing is we couldn’t get the light to turn on over the dining table.

Wonderful property

This was an amazing property! It was close enough to “all the things” yet far enough away where you felt secluded. The ability to use the washer and dryer was a life saver as three pre-teen kids enjoyed the hot tub regularly. I would book this place again.

Nice location

We enjoyed the location, it was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to stores for groceries and necessities. There is no air conditioning, as stated in the listing, which can be uncomfortable when the weather is warner as the home does get warm. There were 4 fans throughout the house, that do help. The house served our needs.

we arrived at house after small detour, get into house and after look around find view is great of mountains! house inside is clean and spacious. we went to near bye safeway grocery store and stocked up on breakfast and snacks. kitchen was fully stocked on cooking utensils. we ate good and bathroom and showers were great. all were very happy!

Perfect location

This is the perfect location when’s your goals are to see Garden of the Gods, Cliff dwellings, Pikes Peak, and Mt. Princeton hot springs. There is a grocery store nearby with lots of restaurants. I’m so glad I chose this place vs. staying at a home in Colorado Springs. The hot tub and the kitchen windows has a view of Pikes Peak which was really cool. The neighborhood was quiet. Large kitchen allowed us to cook every meal we wanted. Very cozy with a nice lay out. Kid friendly with toys already there. The washer and dryer were awesome too. Woodland Park got snow when Colorado Springs did not. This was magical over the holidays.

We ended up in this little home when our other cabin had ran out of water! Evolve was fast to accommodate us and the owners got us in there so fast. The home was clean, more than enough space for our family, the kids had a blast in the hot tub and we enjoyed the deer in the yard every morning. We’re so grateful to the owners of the property and evolve for helping us have a great vacation after the first mishap. We would rent this place again!

Clean comfortable 4 bedroom.

Four ladies from Colorado Springs attending a local conference. We used & enjoyed the very large kitchen, which is equipped with everything you could need. The cleanliness was such a plus!!! It was easy to relax because of it. Only one drawback was the size of the main floor shower. Add another foot or two into the closet next to it and it would make a world of difference. We definitely would rent this house again and again.
