This 2 Bedroom modern condo suite includes a large balcony, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the 11th floor. It comfortably accommodates 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms. The 1st Bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and 1 King size bed in the Master bedroom. 1.5 newly updated bathrooms include toiletries, hairdryer, scale and towels. Open and airy with gorgeous white sparkling porcelain tile floors throughout, a modern living room with sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, dining room that seats 6 and a beautiful newly renovated fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances – including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and stocked with everything you need - utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. to give you all the comforts of home! The washer and Dryer are shared by the entire floor.

Read before booking

Be aware of the issues prior to booking. Pro's- the condo is nicely decorated and furniture is comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean . Con's- we were sent to the wrong building by facility staff because the check-in instructions provided were incorrect. The email sent to me was incorrect, the text was so vague "11n".... there are many alphabetical possibilities to proceed "11N". Check in not till 5, this is an issue because the office closes at 5pm and you can't get key fobs if the office is closed...without of the key fob you can't access the beach conveniently, enter the building without being buzzed in, can't use the gym, difficult to access hotel elevators. Key fob price. I interpreted in the description the key fobs are two for $30, but they're actually $30 each. There are not enough bath towels in this unit for hosting up to 6 people. No pot holders or kitchen towels. Be sure to take trash bags, toilet paper, any and all condiments, spices, etc. The sliding glass door is difficult to open /close. There is a external door in the kitchen that opens up to the hallway and it is NOT lockable, so anyone can enter the condo.
