OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Shared outdoor patio has a beach view equipped with chairs.
- Located across Surf Rd. from Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk.

LIVING AREA:
- Dining room seats up to 3

KITCHEN:
- Nicely equipped kitchen has a gas stove and oven, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware,
refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.
- Dishes, flatware and glassware provided for eating in.

STUDIO:
- Footloose sleeps 2-4 guests in a comfortable bed and optional airbed.
- Pac and Play provided.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request.

BATHROOMS: (1)
- Shower
- Starter set of toiletries (toilet paper, soap and shampoo) and plush towels and beach towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Coin operated laundry room.
- Small community balcony with chairs.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to
ensure your safety.
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: Smart TV with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE: Bins are located at the Southwest corner of the building.

I already rebooked it for December so that means I liked it. Downside was sand on the floors and bedsheets and pillowcases not very clean. OK she couldn’t be better for everything.

4th of July Weekend

Great Weekend

We were in town for the Formula 1 race and stayed here. The beach is only half a block away, there are many great restaurants within walking distance and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is only about a 20 minute drive.

Travelled with two small children. Great location, close to boardwalk, beach and food. Would recommend!

Awesome Location!

I wanted to love this property but, I just liked it. The three best things about this property:1. Location (could not have been better-very close to the beach)2. Very clean (and I am picky)3. Shower was fantastic! (great water pressure)The three worst things about this property:1. Smells like cigarettes (and lots of rules about opening the door/windows)2. Parking 3. Being nickel and dimed (want an early check-in, that will cost you, want an air mattress, that will cost you) makes it feel like your dealing with a rental manager while you are the tenant (not a host and guest relationship)Overall, I would recommend. If location is your primary objective, this is your place. However, I think some very small changes would bring this VRBO from good to great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the location and the rental was decorated nicely. The issue was that after one use of the bathroom sink, the water never drained. We could not use the sink again for the whole week. She did not respond at all to my repeated requests to help. Once we arrived . I never heard back. Very disappointing.

Outside parking is a rip off. Beware. If you need to check in early or late do not waste your breath getting any assistances. Toilet clogs easily.

Super clean and an excellent location

This unit has an excellent location, just steps from the Broadwalk and beach. It was superbly clean and ValGal was very responsive to any questions I had. I didn’t have a car so I didn’t face the challenges of finding parking. Exclusive of the bathroom area, sounds from neighboring units isn’t an issue. The a/c is quite loud, though.What could use improvement is the limited amenities within the unit. Simple things, like tissues, napkins and bath soap aren’t provided. If you want to utilize the kitchen for cooking, the cupboard is practically bare. Salt and pepper shakers and a few coffee filters. That’s it. I’ve stayed at quite a few Vrbos and there’s always been a selection of cooking oils, seasonings, sugar, coffee, tea, condiments… things to get you started, plus whatever a previous guest left behind. This was both surprising and disappointing, but not a deal breaker.Would I recommend staying here? Absolutely!

Great quiet weekend bungalow

My daughter and I rented a bungalow for a weekend getaway and we loved the easy access to the beach and great restaurants but also the quietness factor at night, so we could sleep. Lovely!
