Escape to paradise at this oceanside retreat, where breathtaking water views and amazing location put you just steps from a private beach and a beautiful New England downtown. Hop on over to the Lily Pad!
Entering into this beautiful three-story home, you can take a seat while you slip off your sandals in the welcoming foyer. Set up a smorgasbord of food in the kitchen, with the center island and 5-Burner stovetop. Have everyone grab a plate, and enjoy dinner together around the dining room table before playing cards at the poker table across the hall.
Relax in the primary suite with private balcony, en-suite bathroom, and office space, just in case work calls on vacation. Unwind in one of the additional bedrooms, including a great kids' zone with games and activities. Outside, a sprawling yard provides both privacy and room for your four-legged friends to run around all vacation long. This home is also minutes from world famous Nauset Beach and the amazing shops of downtown Orleans.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, propane grill and an outdoor shower. With its prime location, amazing entertainment options and space to relax all vacation, you’ll feel more at home than a frog on the Lily Pad!

A Nice Cape Getaway in the Heart of Orleans

The property was clean, very nice and exactly as advertised. The house is a short walk away from a private beach (the beach is good for walking/exploring but would recommend a public Cape Cod beach if you’re looking for a beach day). They allowed me to bring my dog which was great! The property isn’t fully fenced in - about 75% is fenced though so if you’re dog isn’t a wanderer, you can let them off leash to run around in the yard. Being located in Orleans, it’s in the middle of the Cape so there’s a lot of options for dining and other activities that’s only a short drive away. Would stay again!

Orleans Stay

This house was wonderful! Beautiful home and even more beautiful view. We had two families and there was plenty of gathering space to hang out together. We loved the weekend spent in this lovely home.

Cape Cod Tranquility

Our entire stay was just perfect, the home is gorgeous and well equipped. We came with our 2 little dogs and I think they enjoyed themselves as much as we did, you can tell the home owner is a pet lover, thought of everything. What a wonderful location, we kayaked and walked to the beach every day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with others:)

Great vacation!

The house is spacious and clean and it’s in a wonderful location. It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood, very close to beautiful Nauset Beach (5 minute drive). We also loved the fact that we could walk on the small inlet beach down at the end of the street whenever we wanted, especially at sunrise/sunset. As you can tell from the photos, there are beautiful views of that inlet from many rooms in the house. I would say it realistically sleeps two adult couples (two bedrooms each have a king) and two children (third bedroom has two full size beds). The basement is a nice extra space with a day bed, but I don’t think I’d have one of the kids use it as a bedroom. The kitchen is very well-appointed and you’ll find pretty much anything you’ll need. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Cape Scenery

We could not have pick a more ideal location for a fall vacation on the cape. Wonderful walks on the beach, great places to eat and the most gorgeous views from every view point in the house. The beach at the end of the street was one of the best places to Plein Air paint. The afternoon light was amazing. The house more than exceeded our expectations and the management company was exceptional! We called with a request and they responded within the hour. I would not hesitate to rent o e of their properties again. It was as a wonderful and memorable week in Orlenes.

Comfortable, Clean, and Fun

Our family of four plus two grandparents fit comfortably in the home, both in terms of the sleeping arrangements and the living space during the day. The property manager was easy to reach and incredibly responsive. It was nice to have a host to deal with issues without having to bother individual owners. The location near the beach was fantastic, and the house is well-stocked with toys for young and old.

Great family time

This was our first trip to cape cod. The house was fabulous, great views, more than enough room for our family of 5 (all adults) and our son’s dog). Location was great and easy to explore many wonderful towns and beaches from Provincetown to Chatham. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

This is a perfect location - close to beaches and everything you need - yet quiet and private. The house was spotless. It is perfect for two couples because of the two king bed suites - and this is hard to find. The kitchen is big and well-provisioned in terms of pots and utensils, etc. It did not have some of the spices and condiments that one often finds in a rental. But I think this may be because of Covid and we were fine with that. We were told about it ahead of time and brought what we needed. The view from the rooms waking up in the morning is breathtaking - and the beds are comfortable. Though it was cool and we were bundled up, we spent a lot of time on the deck because of that beautiful view. This property is dog-friendly and again the location was perfect for walking the dogs. Oh and we really enjoyed the music system. We hooked it up to our phone and the sound was great. It was really a nice feature. The property manager was very accessible and though we didn't really need them, it's nice to know you have a contact just in case. We would definitely go back!
