The Space:

Relax and unwind this summer at our waterfront home on Orleans Cove that accommodates up to seven people. Many amazing updates have been made for the 2026 season, including Central AC, a new kitchen, renovated 1st floor bath, and updated flooring.



Start your day with an early morning yoga session in the secluded backyard where you can flow with the Cove as your backdrop and the music of songbirds as your soundtrack. Spend the mid-afternoon on the water, by renting a Kayak or Canoe from Goose Hummock and launching it right from the landing on the grounds. Take a leisurely lap around the cove and return home just in time for lunch. Head indoors through the back deck and whip up a few fresh Sammies in the newly renovated-for-the-2026-season kitchen!



Both Friends Marketplace and Nauset Farms are within a 5 minute drive and are the perfect spots to stock up on supplies for the week- grab everything you need like fresh-made potato and macaroni salad, Prime cuts of Sirloin, prepared meals, alcoholic beverages, and the classic beach snack--Cape Cod Potato chips! Enjoy lunch with the family on the back deck or in the dining room- both options provide stunning views of the water. Then take a break from the sun and breathe-easy on the couch in the living room or get away to one of the three bedrooms to read a book.



The Master bedroom is the solo bedroom on the 1st floor and has a King bed, closet, and dresser-- with access to a full bathroom right outside the door that has been newly renovated for 2026! Travel up the stairs to find the additional two bedrooms-- both with a sensational view of the cove below. The room on the left has a Full bed, desk, cozy chair by the window, and plenty of storage space. The room on the left is perfect for kids and has three twin beds, a dresser, and closet for storage. Between the two sits a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. In addition, all bedrooms have a window A/C, to keep you cool and dry all summer long!

Brand new this year, our home will have a second area to watch TV and hang out on the ground level. This room leads out to the new patio and makes for a perfect place to be to watch the sunset over the cove. Other amenities include WiFi, cable TVs, a gas grill, dog friendly, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest!

Other local “musts” are trying a homemade donut at the Hole in One Bakery & Coffee Shop, hanging out with the flock at Sunbird, grabbing an American Style burrito or bowl from Cornerstore, or keeping it classic and enjoying the best-fried seafood from the Knack. Our waterfront gem is one of a million, this is an opportunity you do not want to miss, reserve your memories now!

Great Cape Cod Getaway

This was a great location as a midpoint between Provincetown and access to the ferry in Hyannis. The cottage was comfortable, had a beautiful view of the lake, and suited our needs perfectly. The entire process from booking to check-in, to departure was seamless. There were a couple minor upkeep matters that I mentioned to management just so that they were aware in order to make the next guests have a perfect stay. The feedback was very positively received. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Great view of Cove but a bit expensive for what it is

Good: Great proximity to Orleans - walk to shops/restaurants and nice view of the Cove off back deck. Management team was very responsive to requests. Not so good: Older home which is fine but was older than the pictures look on website and appliances didn’t work so well (dishwasher, washer/dryer, vacuum). Felt like it was expensive for what we got. Cleaning crew was still there when we arrived (after the stated 4pm check-in time, which is also 1-2 hours later than other rentals) and felt they were pushing us out on departure day at 9am (also 1-2 hours earlier than other rentals). Pre-existing ant/insect issues - ant traps out when we arrived with extras under sink. Recommendations: Outdoor shower to wash off would be nice addition so not bringing sand/mud into the house. Some kind of bug deterrent so you can enjoy the back deck without getting eaten.

Great Cape experience

The location of the house was great for us. The waterfront was breathtakingly gorgeous and being able to walk to the adorable restaurants and shops in Orleans made the week so easy and fun. Nauset Beach and Skaket Beach were a quick drive away, and it was super easy to explore the rest of the Cape, too—all the hikes, beaches, and towns we love were an easy drive away. The house was clean and the renovated basement made it much bigger than it appeared. Window AC units were key! Good communication from the property manager.

Adorable cottage

As soon as we entered through the door we knew this was a special spot. It was super clean, decorated adorably with unbelievable views. Yes, entering through Yaks may not be the most picturesque entrance but once you’re past that you are in your own little special cape cod oasis. Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of space in pantry for your food. The air conditioning units sufficed, the couch is super comfy and the furnishings are super cute. My son had to wfh so the basement was perfect for him. It’s quiet and feels secluded even though the neighbors aren’t that far. Highly recommend!

Great all-around cape house in Orleans

This property hits the mark on all points. It is newly renovated, very clean, first rate location, and very nice backdrop directly on a south side cove in Orleans. It is right on Route 6A and close to numerous restaurants, shopping mainstays, and boutique shops. Our family, consisting of children, grandparents, and dogs, were quite happy with the property for the week. Del Mar was very responsive to a couple of requests for additional towels and bedding. Property is set on a beautiful cove overlooking moored sailboats and power vessels. A wonderful place!

Lovely cottage with an amazing view of town cove. So much fun watching the nautical comings and goings. Living room was bright and sunny. Kitchen was well stocked.

Peaceful and convenient

It’s a wonderful place to kick back and enjoy the view and peacefulness of the lake view. Also very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping, with in walking distance. Also great location for driving to fun sites in the Cape Cod area. We golfed several times. Located with in 20 minutes of several nice courses. The only draw backs were the driveway was a challenge at times because of the business that shared it. Car’s often would park in your way. Also the steps going down to the lake really leads to nothing but tall grass and mud. Be really nice if a dock was put at the end of it. Those were minor issues though. I would definitely come back again.

Quiet yet across from The Christmas Tree Shop.

Even though the house is located on a busy road it is tucked away overlooking the beautiful Orleans Cove. Very quiet. Beautiful views. Great location to stores and bike path. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there is a grill. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean.

Orleans for the 4th of July

This terrific property was just as advertised. Great location with walking distance to town / bike trails, and a salt pond right out your back door. We hope to be back soon.
