Rock Pond Condo Black Gnat 10 is the perfect spot for your mountain getaway! With direct access to the slopes, you can enjoy the convenience of hitting the trails in the morning and skiing back right to your door.

Inside, the condo is designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and drip coffee maker, makes meal prep easy, while the dining area for six provides a cozy spot to gather for meals. The living room features a gas viewing fireplace, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

Step outside onto the large deck and take in the stunning mountain views. You can even bring your furry friends along for the adventure, as pets are welcome here! Enjoy everything that staying on the mountain has to offer. This condo provides all the amenities you need for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay at Saddleback Mountain!

Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor Double, Second Bedroom Lower Level Queen, Third Bedroom Lower Level Two Twins. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

Location: Just above the Saddleback area base lodge with trail access. 8.0 miles to downtown Rangeley, 15.0 miles to downtown Oquossoc.

FAQs: Two vehicles only- park in front of the condo unit! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge.

Pet Friendly: This condo will allow one pet. Please keep leashed outside!

Great condo, great vacation!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The coffee maker takes basket filters if you plan to make coffee in the condo. Try snowshoeing to Rock Pond, about a 1/2 mile from the condo, out the end of Rock Pond road. We had a great time skiing and snowshoeing.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable, excellent for a family ski weekend. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was serviceable the living space was comfortable. We were not able to get either the microwave or gas fireplace to work, additionally the fry pans in the kitchen are quite inadequate.

Nice Space!

We are a family of 4 + 1 child friend and the dog - we stayed over the MLK weekend to enjoy a casual ski vacation. Love the vibe and the friendliness of the Saddleback mountain crew. Even the condo neighbors were pleasant. There were a lot of families with their dogs in the neighborhood and everyone was well behaved. The condo itself has a nice floor plan that allows for togetherness and a spot for some alone time as well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

We chose ski in/out because of Covid.The condos at Saddleback are set up very nicely. We had awesome weather. The TV remotes need batteries and cable could be better. The pot to cook in had thick black stuff burnt in it. Overall it was a nice weekend. We'll be back again.

10 Black Gnat - Saddleback

The condo is newer, very clean, and accessible to the ski trails. The kitchen could have been better equipped with more pots and pans, basics like salt and pepper, utensils, etc...The TV is quite small and there isn't one in the downstairs den which would be a nice addition, especially for kids. The ski out access is great but you do have to hike a bit on the trail to ski back in. Our friends put their dog in a kennel for the weekend and it appears that the owners have a pet so they should consider making the condo pet friendly (for a fee of course). Morton & Furbish are fabulous to work with!

Hi Morton Furbush - We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Gnat 10 and hope to rent it again in the future. The condo was great, easy to use and clean up as we were leaving. We really liked walking to get on the snow to ski to the base area, huge plus. A couple of comments, some deck seats and a small table would have been nice, we sat out there with the nice weather, a queen bed in the room near the entrance would make sleeping better and the pillows on that bed were very old and tired. That aside, it was great and our family had a blast, thank you!!
