Perfect seaside cottage
"Brierlea" is the perfect beachside shack. Located just a stone's throw from East Beach, Pilot beach & The Lagoon, you're spoilt for beach side options. The cottage has two bedrooms; one with a queen bed & the second with doublebed & single bunk bed above. The kitchen has all you will need for beachside cooking, together with a bbq in the backyard. There's ample parking for cars & boats.
Low Head is situated at the mouth of the Tamar River, just 65km's from Launceston airport. The Low Head Conservation Area is the oldest Pilot and Signal Station in Australia. With its 19th century buildings overlooking Bass Strait, you can explore the heritage Maritime Museum and lighthouse. The East Tamar region offers many opportunities to sample local food and wine. Want to experience some local nightlife? Then the Low Head Penguin tours are a must. Tours run every night at sunset.
