The 4-bedroom home features 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, along with an 800-square-foot 4 season, fully furnished porch with a bar, and tv, all perched on 4.5 private acres. Cannon Mountain is only 8 miles away, and the Mount Washington Cog Railway and Santa's Village are under 21 miles away; there's no shortage of fun for everyone within easy reach!

Large, comfortable, clean and well appointed home

Stayed between Christmas and New Years and had a great experience. House was comfortable, well appointed and had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Will definitely keep this place on the list for a future visit to the White Mountains.

It is clear as soon as you walk in that this property is loved. There were 8 of us who stayed at the house and there was more than enough room. The layout is better than the pictures and the house had everything that we needed to cook in. We hope to make this an annual trip and will for sure stay here again!

Family had a great time.

The kitchen had everything that we needed. The big room was wonderful for conversations. The heating throughout the house was uneven. The space outside was fabulous for the kids.

Wonderful place for a hiking or skiing trip in NH

Very neat and comfortable place, everything you would need, all prepared for the visitors with great attention to detail. The fireplace is a big plus!

Great Getaway!

What an amazing getaway! The house was immaculate, cozy and easily accessible to all the points of interest we had planned for (even a few extras we discovered! )The backyard had ample space for the kids to run around. After a day of adventuring the house was a welcome retreat, quite and homey!

Great getaway location

My friends and I rented this house for a quick getaway during the times of Covid - so wanted something secluded but close to various outdoor activity. This house really fit the bill as it was close to so much and had a large yard for the kids to run around in! We even saw a black bear wandering the property which was very exciting for all. We all really enjoyed our time here and would definitely book the place again.

perfect getaway home for family

we really enjoyed our stay in Bethlehem. cozy yet spacious home, conveniently located close to Bethlehem center. this property gave us the opportunity to enjoy a nice vacation in the white mountain area. the property offered us lots of space for individuals to sleep. everything we needed was on site which was very helpful. the kids really enjoyed the ski lift swing and tire swing in the backyard. fire pit and berry bushes were a great addition to enjoy as well. we even got to watch a bear eat berries from the bush from a safe distance. we really enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch as the morning sun came up. would highly recommend for a family or anyone just looking to get away and relax.

Great for multiple families!

We had a fantastic stay over Columbus Day weekend with a couple of families. The pictures of the property do not do it justice, it is very homey while spacious and allows multiple families to have their own space (including bathrooms). The property is about 35 minutes to Santas Village and under an hour to Story Land. There are a couple great breweries close by as well that are family friendly. The owner, Guido, was excellent with communication and expectations. We hope this little gem is available when we go to rent again next year!

Beautiful mountain getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property- it is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The location was wonderful, the house was clean and there was loads of room for a big crowd! Our host was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in there area in the future.

Amazing views and quiet location

We had an amazing week at this house. Coming from New Jersey the quiet of area was a great way to get away from it all and just relax. The house had everything we needed and was easy to find. The surrounding area was beautiful with plenty of places to get out and enjoy the outdoors.

Great place for families and groups. Casual but very comfortable.

We had an unusual week, with temps in the 80-90s all week. The bedroom ac and fans worked well, even in that heat. We only had 2 small issues with appliances, but the owner worked with us to make it right as quickly as possible. Otherwise it worked well for or two families with 7 kids included. We even played soccer outside, in between world cup games!

The home was a great place for friends and I to stay for a week of ski training at Bretton Woods!

There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat, and relax! The owner responded to all questions in a timely fashion and was very welcoming. The home was warm and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay! I would recommend to anyone wanting to get away in the woods for a ski weekend.

well-maintained, comfortable home with large yard

The property is cozy and clean. While the third bedroom is really an office, it was great that every smaller bedroom has its own half bath! The house is super close to downtown Bethlehem, yet you feel as though you are surrounded by quiet wilderness. Lovely!
