Come relax in our near new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully fenced house.
With large decks both sides of the house, relaxing times to be had.
Sit on the deck and enjoy the estuary views. New Nespresso coffee machine, bring your own coffee pods.

Fully fenced being safe for children and dogs allowed on request. Plenty of parking inside property and roadside for cars and boats. Portacot and Highchair available for the littlies.

Across the road from the estuary for a morning paddle and close to the beach, boat ramp and safe swimming spot.

Enjoy the wineries,cafes and restaurants, art galleries and beautiful walks nearby. Beautiful dog friendly beaches with plenty of options for activities. 9 hole golf course where you can hire clubs if needed. Take a ferry ride over to Whitianga for a spot of shopping and more restaurants and bars.The ferry to Whitianga is just a 4 km drive away or walk.

Attending an event, we even have you covered with a Iron and Ironing Board available so you can look your best.

Great little house by the estuary in Cooks Beach. We could easily walk to the general store / shops for delicious local ice cream and coffees. Also enjoyed the beach for swims and ferry to Whitianga. Perfect for a family getaway with the dog.

Awesome Holiday Base

Great place to base yourselves so you can explore the surrounding beaches, coastal walks and activities while still having the estuary in the afternoon/evening. The house was great for two small families with lots of closed in outdoor space.

Your home exceeded our expectations, very cleanl and modern and had all the things we needed. My family and international guests enjoyed your beautiful home and Cooks beach. Quick and easy to get to Hot water beach and Cathedral Cove. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

Admiral drive, Cooks Beach

We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. A lovely house, very modern and great for what we needed. Lots to do in the area and a really chilled Environment. The host Rachel was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to catch up with friends

Had the best time. House it clean, tidy and perfect for a group to gather. Great for socializing. Close to beach, stream, park and shops. Beds are comfortable, good shower pressure.

Great location. Ideal for a small group. Need to upgrade the lock box and it would have been great to have stair railing for the deck to assist disable.

What a perfect spot for a family getaway. Everything you need in a batch and great hosts.

Excellent stay. Large section with space for boat parking. Modern house, all as described. Two decks, with estuary views. Great communication with Rachel and Graeme. Recommended.

Lovely house in cooks beach

We rented this lovely property for 10 days and it was perfect for our needs. The property manager Rachael was very easy to deal with and when we asked about a high chair and travel cot for our one year old she actually bought them for the house which was amazing! It has everything you need and is very well furnished. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and it was a fantastic beach for kids. Easy driving distance to hot water beach. Walking distance to the shop and restaurants in cooks beach. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Would recommend

Beautiful House

We spend some beautiful days in cooks beach. At first the House wasn‘t cleaned enough but Rachael send a cleaner immediatly so everything was fine. The House is exactly as described and showed on the pictures. Theres are plenty of things to do in the area!

Great stay

Lovely property with everything you need for a stay away - well supplied kitchen with lots of tools and crockery etc, comfortable beds and linen, two good bathrooms. Hopefully we’ll be back.

Excellant stay

Property was new, very clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Nice comfortable beds. Loved the large bathrooms. We were down for a family reunion so had to prepare some dishes which was easy in the large kitchen area. Would stay here again.

We designed this home around easy family life. Huge decks both sides of the house to enjoy morning and night. Plenty of space for lots of family and friends to enjoy and relax by the sea.

Everyone will enjoy the relaxing easy care house right by the estuary and a 5 min walk to the beach. Children and dogs kept safe at all times with the property being fully fenced. Childrens playground just a short stroll at end of road.
