This charming condo offers beautiful ocean views from both the living room and dining area. Located on the 17th floor, it's the first unit off the direct oceanfront. The condo includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 TVs with a premium cable package, 1 DVD player (regular and Blu-ray), free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and parking for one vehicle. The owner provides a starter supply of paper and soap products. The building requires a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival. One additional parking space may be available for approximately $55. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not allowed. Mini-week rentals offered throughout the summer. Occupancy is 6. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products (beyond starter pack), and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

A Cozy Condo with Incredible Views

Weatherwise, it wasnt one of the best weeks, first 4 days cloudy and rain on and off... However, with such spectacular views of the ocean and the bay, made it feel like we were on the beach. The indoor pool and game room were a great past time on those cloudy/rainy days and let me say, that is one of the most cleanest and largest indoor pools I've seen. Temp was perfect. The condo is comfy and cozy. We had to buy hand soaps and a blow dryer... we havent packed a blow dryer in a few years... i felt the balcony was narrow, compared to other condos weve stayed in OCMD. I would recommend staying there if youre looking for a good price and a clean condominium... I gave the check-in process a 4. Although, it wasnt a problem, but you have to go pick up keys somewhere else... i much orefer keyless door entries or a key lick box on premise or the condominium offi e to be able to supply a key.

Great spot, beautiful views.

We are a family of 5 with 3 little kids. We had a great stay. The condo is roomy and very clean. I am very easily grossed out when renting place, and was pleasantly surprised. The check in/out is a little inconvenient having to drive to another location but easy once there. Capri charges $75 (cc no cash)for parking and will give you codes to get in the building. The staff at the Capri were very friendly. And the kids were happy to find sand toys and boogie boards in the closet!! Would come again.

Great place!

The condo was very clean when we arrived. It does need some updates but it was perfect for us for what we needed. You do have to pay a fee when you check in at the building so make sure you bring some cash to cover that.

Great location and view, Noh ocean and Bay

The unit is clean and great view, and good quality inventory of kitchen supplies. but few changes I would like to see, the master bedroom mattress, and the carpet either deep cleaning or replaced. Overall a nice unit.

As Pictured

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect as we rode the bus to many sights. The unit itself was captured by the pictures in the ad. My only complaints are a few details that should be in the ad. The registration fee is cash only. If you don't carry a lot of cash, you would need to simply adjust for this. Finally, there is no possibility to to purchase a second parking tag as stated in the ad. The cost for the second car mentioned in the ad is for a municipal parking lot a few blocks away. The municipal lot was fine and we had no problems, but it should be known to the potential renter that their second car is off premises.

Girls weekend

My friends and I all had a great getaway weekend! Our condo did not disappoint. The views were fabulous! We could sit on our balcony and see the bay and the ocean! Short walk to the beach ⛱️ and I enjoyed the sun deck for 1 day. Very refreshing to use the indoor pool and go back to the deck. The kitchen was very well appointed. Tiled showers were lovely. You will not be disappointed with your vacation stay here!

Last Minute Getaway

We enjoyed the Capri because of the Ocean & Bay views from the balcony. Loved there was the pool & beach plus deck with chairs to hangout on. Great restaurants!!

Great stay highly recommend

This property was exactly as shown and perfect for me and my family, my uncle owns a condo here as well and he and his family stayed the same time so it was nice to find a place we could afford within the same condominium, highly recommend this place. Only problem I encountered was on the paper work it said the pool was open until 10 pm but actually closes at 8. Overall great stay and would stay again!
