Spacious 3-Bedroom Townhouse – Steps to the Beach! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is just half a block from the beach and close to the Convention Center, shopping, and restaurants. The spacious two-story layout includes a large open first floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and two full baths. Amenities include 2 TVs, DVD player, free Wi-Fi (service not guaranteed), central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Non-smoking unit. Occupancy: 8. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Greta vacation!

Location is perfect and the porch and views are amazing! Love the open concept for the first floor and extra bathroom is helpful. Very spacious and kitchen is adequately stocked. My only wish is better mattresses for the rooms as they are all very squeaky. The pyramid bunk needs replaced or tightened up for sure: Wpd definitely rent again!!!

Not 1st or 2nd. Choice

This location was ok but it would not be my 1st or 2nd choice in the future. If you are in to movies and watching TV, this place is not for you. Outdated TVs and very small. You can’t watch your streaming services if you have them. Not much of a cable TV selection. Place needs a little updating. Very good location to beach.

We really enjoyed this property. The location and views where perfect. We were a group of 6 and fit with some extra space. Would recommend that they invest in cleaning the property better in between tenants. Also I felt some soap, toilet paper, and hand towels could have been provided. We would love to stay here again.
