100% smoke free building!! Sparkling new and gleaming clean, this 2 bedroom & den unit at the Sea Watch has been fully renovated! With tons of upgrades in the condo you'll also enjoy all the Sea Watch has to offer - from the indoor domed pool, outdoor pool, outdoor children's pool, huge game room, exercise room, and more! Condo also offers 3 TV's, VCR/DVD, Free Wi-Fi, and central a/c. ( the owner provides a starter package of soaps and paper products.)� Even though this is a side unit, it has a fantastic ocean and bay view. (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. ) The bldg charges a non refundable $50.00 registration fee due on arrival. Parking for 1 car, non smoking. Occupancy 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
