Welcome to your perfect holiday retreat! This charming two-storey, three-bedroom home offers views of the Manning River, providing an ideal backdrop for your next getaway. Designed with families in mind, the property comfortably sleeps six guests. The main bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with king single beds. For your convenience, all linen is provided.

Relax in one of the two spacious living areas, each fitted with a TV and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and includes a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy dinner Alfresco & make use of the private courtyard with a BBQ & water views.

Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms for added comfort. The main bathroom is well-appointed with a bath, shower, and a separate toilet. Additional amenities include a downstairs laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and an extra separate toilet.

A single, remote-access garage is provided for secure parking. No Parking in the common area of the complex. Street parking is available out the front of the complex.

*Linen is provided- *Please ensure if you choose to book this property, that the correct amount of guests are included as linen will only be provided for guests confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: Linen for bunk beds will be supplied but top & bottom bunks will NOT be made up.*

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.

Right across the road from the Harrington Pub and the Harrington Bowling Club Walk up or down the road for a coffee and breakfast.Only negative was the windows need a clean and some of the pots and pans. The property was well equipped for short term accomodation. We found the property to be quite dusty and the windows did not seem to have been cleaned recently,we also found lolly wrappers under the beds !The worst experience was the supplied barbque had a faulty knob and when initially lighting it there was a small flare up which resulted in the loss of some of my beard,eyelashs and eyebrows. After a quick repair we were able to make it safe again.I would reccomend that this gets replaced ASAP !We have stayed there before and willl stay there again .
