この施設について

The perfect beachside getaway

The property boasts 3 bedrooms (1 x King, 1 x Queen, 1 x KS with trundle) plus an open modern kitchen and living space that is tastefully furnished in a modern coastal beach theme.

The main living space has reverse cycle air conditioning and bedrooms are kept cool with ceiling fans. There is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine as well as an Espresso coffee machine avaliable for guests use.

Entertainment is provided with guest wifi, TV, DVD (plus small selection of movies), chrome cast, Bluetooth portable speaker and board games.

Pack everything in the beach cart and spend the day watching the waves and building sandcastles, and then come home to the large outdoor BBQ deck, hammock retreat and fenced back garden for the kids to play.

Pet Friendly Property (on application) - pets are strictly forbidden on any furniture including lounges or bedding, and pet waste must be cleaned up prior to leaving the property.

Strictly no smoking permitted inside property.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.
Linen is provided for confirmed guests only, please ensure the correct guest numbers are entered at the time of booking.
Mid Coast Holiday Accommodation Centre Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings. Guests must sign a short-term rental agreement before arrival. By booking, you agree to these requirements. If the rental agreement is not signed, the booking will be cancelled.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. As discussed with you directly, we were not made aware of the concerns at the time they occurred, and they were only raised with us nine nights after arrival, by which time you had already checked out. Had we been informed as the issues arose, we would have certainly done our best to assist and address them during your stay. We understand how important it is to have a comfortable place to stay, particularly in your circumstances, and we regret that this was your experience. We always encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible if anything is not right so we can step in and help promptly.

Great location and well equipped rental

The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for my daughter and I with a great kitchen and the added bonus of supplies in the pantry. We added a few nonperishables to the collection for future guests. Close enough to the beach that you could hear the waves even though you couldn't see them

Great pet friendly villa

Really nice little villa with a good layout and well appointed. Only blemish on the property is the 9am checkout. I get cleaning is required but when you dont supply sheets and towels, a later checkout would make the exit process easier.

Reviewer Comments: The house was great for our needs, the kitchen was excellent (once I had worked out how to turn the child lock off the stove top), living room and bedrooms were comfortable, and the back yard was suitable for my dog. There were a few cobwebs in the house, which is understandable if there was a reasonable gap since the previous guest and it didn’t bother us. Thank you for letting us stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spacious, clean and check in was easy. This property is probably better for people staying for longer periods, as you need to bring all your own amenities, including a dishwashing sponge/cloth. It was a lot of stuff to acquire/bring for a very short stay.

House was very clean, spacious and well presented with everything that was needed for comfortable holiday already there. TV reception was average at best but with internet and the smart TV, you could get all the vision that was needed. The weather was perfect and with only a 10 minute walk to the beach, going out was a better option anyway. Local shops included a take away and a Bottle Shop. A large Supermarket was only 10 minutes away by car.If we get a chance, we will stay again.

Great location and immaculate house with everything you need

The house was great, it had everything we could need and even a few extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. We were able to cook, enjoy the outdoor table, the living room, and the fact that it was dog friendly and that most beaches in the area also were was great. The only issue was that in the Stayz page it said that the cost was 130 per night, but there were lots of additional costs that we didn't know were coming (we had an initial issue so only saw all the costs only a few days before we arrived), So I would recommend you ask about these before booking. Other than that, as mentioned above, it was really beautiful and I felt really grateful to the owners/house managers as they had thought about everything and made us feel really comfortable.
