Located directly on the beach, this resort features beautiful Gulf-front views, which means you are only steps from the white-sand beaches and placid turquoise waters and memorable sunsets that will have you daydreaming about your next beach vacation month after month. All units feature a full-size kitchen or kitchenette with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and private patio or balcony (2 brdms only). Whether you are traveling as a family, honeymooners, on business or just want a resort with the best accommodations Longboat Key has to offer, this is the resort for you.



Accommodations: The Beach on Longboat Key is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, located mid-island on Longboat Key. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, hotel, one- and two-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums including LCD, flat-screen TVs, full-sized kitchen or kitchenette with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining area and modern, yet beachy, décor.

Long Weekend Getaway

Wife and I came down from North Carolina for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay so much that we recommended it to my mother and her boyfriend who will be staying in May. Property manager and staff were super helpful and friendly.

Perfect Sunsets

This is a quaint, efficient space with a beautiful location for perfect sunsets. We enjoyed breakfast and happy hour on the patio each day. The rental agency was quick to reply to calls and texts even though no one was on location in the office. The location is great. We walked to LBK Farmer's Market and enjoyed delicious meals nearby at Shore and Mar Vista Dockside. We spent a day at Sarasota Market and kayaked through the mangroves in Lido Key. We'd definitely go back and stay at The Beach #106.

Amazing location

Aside from a couple minor issues (screen patio doors, sofa bed) not working great, the room was nice and what we expected. Location was better than expected with the beach just a few steps away. You can hear the waves from the room so it's hard to beat that.

Great location.

Comfortable, small place just as described. Great location. Steps from the beach. Well equipped with everything we needed including plenty of extra linens, bbq and free washer/dryer very close to room. Lovely office staff. Very firm bed.
