You will find a well-manicured lawn in the front and a large enough backyard for a friendly football game. There’s a chance you’ll never leave the expansive front and side decks with dining and lots of space for sunbathing. Great spot for a low country boil. It’s impossible to describe the views from these decks, especially sunsets without seeing them for yourselves. They’re almost magical. Upon entering you’ll take a few steps down into a bonus living area with a large flat screen TV, laundry closet, a custom sleeping quarters, full bath and a bedroom with 2 double beds and a TV. Unique to our coastal area, this space is similar to a basement turned kids’ or man cave….think College Football Game Day!

The owners have added small touches of local history throughout. You’ll find photos of the once famous Wonder Bar, historical documents & maps and even a flag flown in the PSJ Centennial Building over 80 years ago when the Florida Constitution was signed.

The upstairs living space is wide open with amazing views in every direction. You feel a constant pull to the outdoors with windows from one side of the house to the other. There are sitting spaces throughout to get comfortable in, and even a custom-made dining booth. With two separate dining spaces, multiple sitting areas, a living room with a large TV, a kitchen and a wet bar you’ll be set for entertainment.
