Located in laid-back St. Joe Beach, Seminole Wind is a colorful, pet-friendly retreat just one block from the Gulf of Mexico. With partial water views, room for nine guests, and great indoor and outdoor spaces, this home is perfect for families or small groups looking to relax and reconnect.

Inside, the open-concept living area invites you to kick back on the oversized sectional and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook up coastal meals—from fresh shrimp pasta to a simple beach picnic. Step out onto the screened-in porch for a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink as the Gulf breeze rolls in.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. On the main floor, there’s a guest room with two full bunk beds, a twin trundle, and a convenient half bath—perfect for kids or extra guests. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious king bedrooms, each with their own en suite bath and walk-in shower for added comfort and privacy. A pack-in-play is provided for ease and comfort of all ages.

Out back, the screened patio offers a private hot tub and outdoor TV—ideal for winding down after a day at the beach. The open lawn gives the pups room to play, and there’s even space to park a boat if you’re planning to get out on the water.

When you’re ready to explore, downtown Port St. Joe is just a five-minute drive away, with locally owned shops, restaurants, and seafood markets waiting to be discovered.

Reservations include beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Dog friendly property. Up to 2 dogs permitted (60 lb maximum per dog). $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Cats and restricted
dog breeds are not permitted.
• Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival.
• Credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
• Guests may be charged for stained or damaged linens and towels.
• Pool heat is provided October through November and March through April.

Fantastic place! Very short walk to the beach. Almost halfway between PSJ and Mexico Beach. Duren’s Piggly Wiggly in PSJ is a great grocery store. This house has everything you need to cook. Will definitely come back!

The property was excellent with the exception of the air conditioning unit. They don’t allow you to set it under 72 degrees. Even with it set at 72 it stayed at about 74-75 our entire stay. They sent someone out to fix it twice but it never worked right. Unless they purchase a new unit that accommodates the property, we wouldn’t stay there again. Other than that, everything was perfect. The property had everything we needed and was close enough to the beach for us.

We understand that summertime in Florida can feel much warmer than many guests expect. During the peak of summer, it’s very common for second-story spaces to run a few degrees warmer during the hottest parts of the day, even with a properly functioning air conditioning system. We dispatched an HVAC technician twice during your stay, and both inspections confirmed the system was operating as designed. While we certainly wish we could control the Florida heat and humidity, we’re glad we had the opportunity to verify that everything was working properly. We appreciate your stay and are happy to hear the rest of your experience was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Seminole Wind. It was just me, my girlfriend, and our dog, and the house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we loved how close it was to the beach. The screened porch, balcony, and hot tub were our favorite spots to hang out, especially in the evenings.The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The yard was nice and open, which was great for our dog so we could play with him. The area is really peaceful but still just a short drive to Port St. Joe for food and shopping.Check-in was easy, and the host was great with communication. We’d definitely stay here again. It really felt like a home away from home.

We had an amazing stay! Perfect location to the beach, which was never crowded. It was a very short walk over to it. Loved having a private pool. We only live about 40 min away so it was the perfect little getaway for my husband and I with our 2 little dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect for them and we never had to worry about them getting out. Definitely will book here again. All communication was done by text message, simple and easy.

Overall, the stay was ok. The home was in a good location, but the cleanliness could have been better—dusty baseboards, other people’s hair behind doors and on the floor, and a smell coming from the sink and refrigerator. I missed a text with the codes to get in, and when I texted the number for help, it was a struggle to get them to send the codes. Again, this was my fault. I feel like it could have been sent again with no questions asked. Also, they would communicate during the stay, sending messages from multiple numbers and across text threads. It would have been better if it were all coming from one number. There was a limited supply of toilet paper, only 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 trash bags, so we had to go out and buy our own.

Cleanliness is something we take seriously, and we've shared your comments with our housekeeping team so the areas you mentioned can be addressed. Regarding access, we appreciate you acknowledging that the contact information on the reservation was incorrect. Our system sent the arrival instructions and door code to the phone number provided at booking, which unfortunately prevented delivery. Once we were made aware of the issue, our team worked to get the information to you as quickly as possible. As for supplies, we provide a starter set of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to help guests get settled. Because stays and group sizes vary, additional supplies may be needed during a visit. We appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us continue improving for future guests.
