In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 5 bedrooms, a private heated pool, large gathering areas, and a main house and guest house. The renovated home is about a 9-minute walk from the beach.

The home’s lovely great room offers vaulted shiplap ceilings, plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The great room spills into the dining area, which has a gorgeous wooden table with seating for ten. Additional dining space is available in the breakfast room or at the kitchen island. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with two sinks, a Wolf gas oven, a reclaimed cypress hood, honed quartz countertops and backsplash, and custom white cabinetry. You will find everything you need (and more!) in this kitchen fit for a chef.

Two of the property’s five bedrooms—both suites—are in the main house. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The secondary bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. On the main floor of the guest house, there is a third suite with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on the guest house’s main floor is a bedroom with two double beds and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo. Upstairs, you will find the final bedroom which has two twin over twin bunk beds, a bathroom with shower/tub combo, and a family room with a queen sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have 4K TVs for guests to enjoy.

The home’s 28' x 14' saltwater pool is situated between the main house and the guest house. The large pool is surrounded by lovely landscaping, lounge seating, and a gas grill. Guests will also enjoy relaxing on the screened porch and the second-story guest house porch.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The pool has an electric heater (not gas), which can take 48-72 hours to reach optimal pool heating temperature of 87 degrees. When outside temperatures fall below 50 degrees, an electric pool heater may never reach 87 degrees, please be aware of this before booking. The cost is $75 per day for the entire stay. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
