On the lower level, you'll find a cozy and inviting bedroom featuring a full-size bed, providing a peaceful and private space for relaxation.

Upstairs, the Queen Master bedroom awaits, offering a spacious and elegant retreat. This room features a comfortable queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The next bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a twin/full bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests of all ages.The highlight of this magnificent home is the King Master bedroom, exuding luxury and sophistication. Unwind in the grandeur of the king-size bed and indulge in the opulent amenities of the ensuite bathroom.
For the young and the young at heart, a bedroom features a bunk bed and a twin bed. This vibrant and immersive space is perfect for fans of the epic saga. Additionally, this room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the next bedroom.
The final bedroom offers two full-size beds, providing ample sleeping space for guests. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone will find their own cozy spot to rest and rejuvenate.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Lovely spacious stay

Perfect stay for 10 days, thoroughly enjoyed the villa which felt like a second home. Easy booking and communication with the property managers.

Very beautiful home

Me and my friends had an amazing time at this house. It has enough room to be spaced out. Everything was equipped in the home. The only issue was the Jacuzzi did not get hot after I paid for the heating, but they were quick to give me a refund, but other than that, the house was amazing. The only thing is if you don’t like firm beds, this is not for you the beds and all the rooms are very hard and firm and could be hard to sleep on other than that. My day was amazing and I highly recommend.

Just what we needed

The price was right…the location was good and the home was just big enough for everyone to spread out and relax. It would’ve been great if the kitchen had a few more pots and pans but we made it work. Would definitely recommend this property.

I enjoyed my Vacation.

My experience was overall good. The only improvement that I suggest is to ensure the property is thoroughly clean (floor was not properly swept or mopped, sheets and comforter had slight spots and not enough towels and wash clothes.).

Overall Everything was great. Just the ANTS, It may be something we can’t control because they are all over the place. But it made it very uncomfortable to sit and relax or te even have a meal because they are climbing on you to bite you. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing vacay

Just what we needed to have a nice and relaxing time before school starts. The house was a good size for our big family, the pool wasn’t that small, i was a little worried with the other review, but our 5 kids were able to play with plenty of space even with the adults in, property manager was always friendly and very helpful, we did have trouble getting in the gate with codes, but they told us since its a new development its been happening, understandable, and we just had to call the guard every time we needed to get in, no big deal. We had a wonderful time and look forward to go back!

Fabulous stay in Orlando

First off - we really enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for lots of room for your friends and family, this is the place for you. Lots of rooms and bathrooms and very nicely appointed with comfortable furniture. communication with the management company is great. I only wish our stay was longer. One downside was confusion about how to enter the gated neighborhood. We didn’t realize we had to enter from the main gate since the GPS took us directly to the home and secondary gates that we couldn’t get through. Just make sure you get the address for the main gate so you can register and receive a QR Code for the secondary gates. Also, I wish they had a few more pots and cooking utensils. Otherwise a great place.

I know, it was the Thanksgiving weekend a billion of people showed up on Wednesday. But there was no indications in the procedure to go to a special gate. No details about the code to enter the house. But the staff was very friendly and courteous. They assisted me quickly and effectively.

Spring Break Fun

The property and grounds were very clean. We paid to heat the pool and hot tub, well worth the money. First place that actually gave us a warm and hot water when paying for it. Just wished that there was some pool toys for the kids, we found noodles that the neighbors put it the garbage when they moved out, stores were all out. Our only complaint was when we called to get the garbage disposal rubber protector replaced because it was missing...they never showed up. Everything could fall in the drain, especially kids hands if the disposal was turned on, very unsafe. Was very nice that all 4 of my kids had a room to themselves, would definitely stay again. Great Spring Break for my High School Senior.

The home is very nice, the pool is small! Reported issues unresolved the entire stay

Home is very nice, clean and spacious. However the check-in process for gate passes was time consuming and a waste. Emailed gate passes never worked the entire time. 10 passes are offered for the property, however if you have a large number of cars and people, parking is limited and the pool size will not accommodate. Don't let the pictures fool you, the pool is not very big. Could not get the upstairs TV's to work, messaged and was told the issue would be reported the next morning to property mgt. The next day also reported the refrigerator ice machine not working and if we turned on the jets for the hot tub, it drained 3/4 of the hot tub into the pool, no response at all regarding these issues. No worries future guests, we fixed the ice machine. On the day of arrival with our check in instructions a detailed list of minimal towels/rags were listed, not enough for 9 ppl however we did find a closet with extras. Had I known prior that towel and rags were limited, I would have packed some from home. If you have pets, the outside grass near the home could use some work. On the 3rd day, just by chance found a dog park, just down the street in the gated community, would have been a nice point to include with guest info. P.S if you don't think you will need pool/hot tub heat in July you will be wrong. We didn't add it because the hot tub issue was not addressed and rendered it useless on our stay. All in all, nice, clean, spacious home but do not expect issues to be resolved during your stay.

Management Company response non-existent

The home was almost brand new and very nice. Upon arrival we found several indications of "prior renter damage" including apparent soccer ball scuff marks on interior doors and frames, gouges in drywall, and trash in the front yard and trash bin. We also found a few "construction deficiencies". The most concerning of these was the faucet in the kitchen. It was very loose and difficult to control water flow or temperature. The garbage disposer did not have the normal rubber drain flange which left the blades exposed and nothing to keep things from falling into disposer. Seemed very dangerous. We arrived very late on a Wednesday. Thursday morning I contacted the management company. The young lady with whom I spoke was very nice , understanding, and asked if she could send a representative to check out my concerns and I said that would be appreciated. She asked for and I granted full permission for someone to come in even if we were not at the house. NO SHOW anytime during our stay. A few days into the stay, we were going to try the pool only to discover that the water was cold. Even though we requested the pool heater to be turned on and paid the additional fee, the circuit breaker was in the off position. At that point I sent an email to the management company with a picture of the circuit breaker and requested a refund of the "Pool Heater fee". Once again, no response to date. Nice home. Extremely poor management company.

Communication

On arrival home decor was nice, minutes later did not realize we were surrounded by ants EVERYWHERE tried to reach out to property management they responded that someone would contact me shortly. Well am home free of ants and STILL to this day have not received a call back. Also one of the shower heads did not work other than that kids did enjoy the pool.
