Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. We’d like to clarify that the home is pet-friendly, which is stated in the house description. Additionally, we sent you a message regarding your dog when you mentioned bringing one. During your stay, we didn’t receive any questions, concerns, or requests related to this, so we would have been happy to assist if anything wasn’t clear or didn’t meet your expectations. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can make things right in real time. Thank you again for staying with us. -The IHM Team
