This Apartment is perfect for anyone looking to visit Downtown Indianapolis. It has a peaceful atmosphere and provides more Space than your normal hotel stay to stretch out and relax. This apartment is a quick 10 min drive to the convention center, Lucas Oil Stadium, & Bankers Life Fieldhouse. You are within reach of everything downtown has to offer without the hustle and bustle of the busy city.

The Space:
Some Unique features are your own Porch with front door electronic lock self-check-in access after 4 PM. You have free Wi-Fi and a Roku TV where you can access your personal Netflix & Hulu accounts. If you don't subscribe to these streaming services you can still watch your programming with the Antenna option. Just click the picture of the antenna option on the settings screen. The studio is spacious with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The full kitchen has a new gas grill top cast iron stove. We also provide cookware, dishes, & utensils for all of our great guests. Our private parking lot is designated for our guests and is free. It is located directly behind the apartment & will hold a minimum of 4 cars. The futon is the 2nd bed option provided. Additionally, to help plan your stay better please let me know if you planning to use the futon so I can provide linens. These are only provided complimentary after the third person is accounted for with the guest count.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is quite and has mostly families and grandparents as neighbors.

Getting Around:
You may use Uber or Lyft or Taxi. Getting a rental car would also give you the best access to all of what Indy has to offer. Also taking the Bus which has a stop on the main street before turning into the neighborhood our apartment is located.
