Place was good for money

The place was convenient and nice. The neighborhood had things going on. The hallway didn't smell great and the pool was disgusting, very dirty with straws and cups floating. Was disappointed we stayed an extra day to use pool and relax and was unable to.

Hi Lauren, thanks for staying with us and we hope you had a safe journey back home! We've listened to your feedback and although we do not have any control over what is outside the listing, rest assured that your feedback will be shared with the building management so that they can take appropriate action. This is a very safe luxury building in Dallas but sometimes the younger folks in the building act like youngster. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and we wish you all the best.

The hallways outside the room smelled like dog urine and you could see stains. The tv didn’t work. AC went out on day 2/4 and they couldn’t come fix until after we left…we could move locations but didn’t know that until too late in the day. The floors in the apartment were NOT clean and the towels had stains.
