Adena Views' is a newly built luxury picturesque community by Lakeview Homes, located at Magna Golf Course. A handful of ultra-modern architectural wonder conveniently situated amidst of everything. The home features 4500sf of beautifully crafted living space with lots of light and 10ft ceilings throughout the main floor, split into 4 sophisticated levels. You are welcome at the entrance with a marble tiled foyer towering 11 ½ feet overlooking an exquisite open concept design.
The house boasts of rare 5 large bedrooms and matching 5 full washrooms and spacious walk-in closets. There are 3 areas to retire: The huge family room with 82’ TV and electric sofas, a formal comfortable living room left to the foyer and, a media room on the mezzanine with 60’ TV.

The kitchen is a chefs dream boasting endless cabinetry and Samsung high end black stainless steel appliances linked to the 82" Samsung Q television on the fastest Bell internet network.
The expansive kitchen and island feature granite tops finished with modern sink and faucet. The merging breakfast area is a touch of warmth.

Like the other 2 sitting areas, the huge living area wraps itself around you with comfortable electric sofas, a stunning fireplace and an 82' TV. The modern touch is a great place to entertain and settle in for an evening of television.

Retreat at the end of the day to one of the five spacious bedrooms with cozy queen or king bed. This house sleeps 10 very comfortably.

The location is excellent for shopping, restaurants, parks and playing golf. A 5 minutes walk to Stomachs Aurora Recreation Complex for all recreational activities. The location is strategically located within 30 minutes of everything: less than 5 minutes to the highway. About 30 minutes drive to downtown Toronto.
Visit: Aurora Arboretum, Canadian Moments Mural, Urban Park Playland and more.
The famous David Dunlap Astronomical Observatory Park is 20 minutes drive to tour the largest telescope in Canada.
