Our beautiful apartment offers you the absolute best of both worlds. A quiet and tranquil creekside setting, yet just 500m from the cafes and restaurants of Bright centre. Comfortable, stylish and fully equipped with everything you need, whether you're staying for a short break or for a longer holiday.

Cedar 6 is a quiet haven surrounded by gardens and woodlands. A small creek runs next to the apartment's private north facing garden - a serene setting for a lazy brunch, a peaceful read of your book, or a glass (or two) of delicious local wine. There is also a guest garden area with plenty of space for kids to run around, a great BBQ entertaining area, and a luxurious hot tub - great for unwinding after a day enjoying all the amazing outdoor activities our beautiful area has to offer.

If you enjoy walking, be sure to make time for the Reservoir Loop walking trails which start just 200m away. Go at dusk and you might even see the resident platypus!

Cedar 6 is a modern, stylish, ground floor apartment with everything you need for a short stay or a longer holiday - reverse cycle heating/cooling, Wi-Fi, a spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and full sized fridge, and use of a communal laundry. Linen, towels and all bathroom essentials are supplied.

The apartment offers multiple and flexible sleeping arrangements. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single bed, and the sofa in the living area also converts to a bed (comfortable for kids or single adult, not recommended for 2). Perfect for a couple or two singles travelling together, or a family looking for a cost effective option.

We can also provide a portacot, high chair and kids books/toys package free of charge (if you are travelling with young kids you already have enough to pack, right?). These items don't live at the apartment, so let us know if you require them.

We had a lovely stay . Convenience at your doorstep. Close walk into town. Comfortable and cosy home as described by owner. We stayed there on a very hot weekend and were surprised at how cool the house was we did not even need to use the aircon! Also close to an interesting bush walk loop just up the road.

The property was just ok. All a bit tired actually. Definitely needs some sprucing up but in saying that, good bbq facilities, close to town, so could walk in. Range of stores in town was great with supermarkets etc to stock up. Bed definitely needs replacing in the apartment we stayed in.

Bright is beautiful

We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers stay here to use the Mystic bike trails for the first time. Bright is beautiful with lots of attractions for all ages.My only disappointment was the sofa. It is hard and squeaks when the user moves on it. The apartment is really only suited to 3 people and there ideally would be just a double seated couch facing the tv.The apartment is clean but aged. It has new carpet. If you are coming in the extreme weather, I would bring extra blankets etc as the reverse cycle heater/cooler is in the living space away from the bedroom. If someone is sleeping in the lounge, they will suffer the full heat/cool from the system above them. Overall it is good value for what you pay.

Property was in a nice quiet area of town and was quite spacious for a couple.The surrounding gardens were peaceful and the property overall was in good walking distance of Bright central. The apartment was clean and didn't lack anything important. If I was going to be picky and look for faults, there wasnt a dishwasher in the kitchen, and fittings were older but that was ok and the price reflected this as it was very reasonably priced and I would certainly try to book this apartment again next time I visit Bright, as it had a nice feel about it.

Disappointing

The carpet in the bedroom smelt of vomit. It did not feel clean to me and I kept my shoes on throughout our stay, rather than wearing slippers. The oven in the kitchen didn't seem to heat properly. I tried cooking something and had to leave it in almost double the time I usually need to. There was a leak in the shower which a plumber was supposed to be repair on the day we checked in. He never turned up.

Cosy and delightful

A sweet and cozy cottage, perfect for a weekend getaway. Backed onto a beautiful garden with the Autumn colours on full display – magical. Quiet and secluded location with only 5 minutes from town; perfect! We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. Louise was wonderful.

We had a great family holiday here with everything we needed. It was in a quiet leafy garden location which kept the unit cool on a hot day, yet still close to shops and all Bright has to offer.It was quite spacious for a family of 4. There was a musty smell when we arrived which went away after opening up the windows. Great communication with the owner who was happy to help. We would highly recommend this accommodation to others and we would love to come back.

not the best

we loved bright and your property location but the facilities in the property were not the best. the fold out couch sinks in the middle so no one can sleep on it we had to sleep on the floor, kettle is so black needs replacing or a good clean, also the linen cupboard had a very bad smell so we couldn't put anything in it. sorry but we were just not happy.

Not able to get to the stay

Never stayed there due to road closures. We were assured by the landlord who was magnificent to deal with due to the situation we found ourselves in.
