Studio in central Paihia - walk everywhere

Located in the heart of central Paihia with the Paihia Wharf only a 5 minute walk away. With a bakery, supermarket, cafe's, restaurants and shops within a few minutes, there is hardly a need for a car but off-street parking for 1 car is available if required. The Studio is openplan with your own bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster (no hob or oven) allowing for basic meal prep. Ideal for a single / couple with a Queen-bed and a king-single sofa-bed (bedding on request only) in the living area.

Lovely room in a magnificent location. Hostess helpful and responsive. This is not a suite but perfectly adequate for a beach vacation.

Very convenient, clean and comfortable

This is a grest otion in a great location. Very convenient and close to eateries, supermarkets and other shops. Also close to the bus, wharf and village green where markets are held. If you enjoy walking tracks there are various options within easy walking distance. And the Waitangi Treaty House is also close. Corinne is a great hostess and commiunicator and the room had all the facilities i wanted.

Two blocks from the center of town

Comfortable studio two blocks up from the center of town. My wife and I are in our 80's, and walked to the ferry to Russell, shuttle to Waitangi and the Inter-City bus to Auckland.Our host made sure we were comfortable and safe during Cyclone Tim. We ate excellent, interesting food at 4 of the many restaurants on the wharf, main street and one on Williams Rd... a short distance from the studio. Many neat little shops are stuffed between sandwich shops on the main st and adjacent alleys.Full of friendly and knowledgeable staff...one store was able to provide me with the artists contact info for a print I purchased. We are already preparing for a repeat trip next year. Paihia is a beautiful town well wort seeing.

Paihia Stay

This Property stay was very straightforward - just as you would hope for your time away. Easy access. Comfortable. Quiet area. Great location close to the centre of town. The property was as sold on the website - no surprises. All that I was looking for in my stay. Thanks for the stay Corinne!

Paihia short stay

Location of the unit was very good, very close to cbd for supermarket, cafes and such like, very short walk to the wharf for the ferry to Russell. Off street parking a bo us. A welcome/connection to the owners would have been nice. All in all it provided all we required for our stay. Many thanks Graham and Deirdre
