My friend and I stayed here for six weeks, and everything was perfect! Marcus was an amazing host, every little problem we had was fixed the same day! We even got a brand new stove just because one burner wasn’t working properly. We have nothing bad to say about this place. Thanks, Marcus, for everything! :))

beautiful and amazing located property

the property is amazing. very well located from everywhere. felt like the property was always 15 minutes from something we wanted to do. access into the property was easy. didn’t have to stress about anything. marcus is an amazing host and responds to messages very quick. loved the stay thank you marcus

Best Accommodation

This is our 2nd stay at Marcus’ rental unit at Fern Ave . We felt so much at home with all the facilities that come along with it. Highly recommended for those visiting Adelaide and requiring temporary accommodation.

Home from Home in ideal location.

This is a very well equipped and comfortable property in a lovely suburb with easy access to the centre of Adelaide. Marcus is very kind and helpful, and we could not have done better.

We loved our stay. Just like staying at home. Comfy and welcoming. The host provided a welcome basket that meant we didn’t have to race to the shops after arriving late Friday night. And a very generous welcome basket it was. Such touches are rare and much appreciated. A quiet street, no noise, a bus up the road if PT is required. Thanks, it was great and highly recommended.

Christmas 2022

We had a lovely stay, the property was comfortable and well looked after. The welcome basket was a hit! A nice neighbourhood and we were close to family and friends. Split system air conditioners and ceiling fans would be great in the bedrooms, we did have a couple of uncomfortable nights. The air conditioner in the main areas worked well. Over all we thoroughly anjoyed our stay.

Great location

We felt very welcomed by basket of goodies. Lovely neighbourhood. The street jacaranda trees were out a short walk to shopping centre. Definitely recommend. Thanks Marcus.
