This Satellite Beach Condo lived up to the listing. The unit was clean with all the necessary amenities, including a great view of the beach and ocean waves. It was nice the unit included beach towels and beach chairs for its guests to use during the stay. The location and accessibility to stores, restaurants and golf made it just what we were looking for. The host was very responsive to questions and the condo offered a far better value than surrounding hotels. It will even nicer when the new pool and surrounding deck area is completed making it a really friendly family location with quick access to the beach. Can't wait to visit again!

The location was what we expected, however, the grounds were all torn up and the Geothermal ac system broke down halfway thru our stay. The owner was gracious in issueing a partial discount for the days affected. Overall I can only give an okey rating due to these factors.

We’re glad to hear the location met your expectations, though we’re sorry your stay was impacted by a couple of unexpected issues. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: - The geothermal A/C system is part of the building’s central system and outside the control of individual unit owners. When the issue occurred during your stay, we worked with building management to address it as quickly as possible. - A partial refund was issued for the affected days to help make up for the inconvenience. - The grounds work you noticed is related to ongoing building improvements that are expected to enhance the property and overall guest experience once completed. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate it as we continue working to provide great stays for future guests.

The condo was nicrly furnished with a beautiful view. The beds were extremely comfortable. The place will be perfect once the pool is put back in...it was destroyed by hurricane a couple years ago but the beach was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice condo in a quiet beach area. Would not hesitate to stay again when in the area. It does have direct beach access. We enjoyed our stay.

Great condo, perfect location.Would give 5 stars, but not having an in-unit W/D was a bit inconvenient. Wish the pool was rebuilt. We still had a great time!

While there isn’t a washer and dryer inside the unit, there is a coin-operated washer and dryer on every floor, located next to the elevator on the right-hand side for guest use. Apartment 305 is updated; building is being renovated, but don’t shy away; every building, in time needs upgrading love; it is newly sprinklered; for family members that can’t walk very far, the ocean is literally right there! Owner is super friendly and accommodating; no luggage carts and bathroom outside of lobby is being renovated; no W/D; TV in each room and AC works well. No pool but it is rumored to have a new one soon; comfortable bedding.

Beautiful beach front condo

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean, and was steps away to the beach. The condo was clean and looked freshly painted and upgraded. The owner was very pleasant and helpful when I contacted him. This is a quiet area, but easily accessible to other towns. We really enjoyed our stay here.area, but close to other areasbeqch

Wonderful stay and a wonderful location. Perfect view of the ocean from the balcony off the living room. Immediate and easy Beach access. Made for a very easy and inclusive stay. The condo is very well furnished and very comfortable. Once stocked with food. No need to leave. Plan on using this location for future visits from family from the North. Had a wonderful view of a Falcon rocket launch. Very easy to access key and parking. Fantastic stay and a fantastic host.

Gorgeous View, Natural Sound Machine

Despite the old building undergoing renovations, and no longer having a pool (its filled in with sand), the ocean view and the powerful wave sounds make it all lworth it! The condo is clean and neat, just right for our two couples.

Great Location!

Nice size condo for four adults. Very clean. Close to many restaurantes and the public beach access (800 feet away). Not a very crowded beach area. Will stay again next time we are in the area. Thank you!

Clean and nice location

Accommodation and location were ideal. Condo was clean, well maintained and comfortable for the short stay. No washer/dryer in the unit was a major disadvantage for myself. Managed but would have made it better for me. The building itself is not great. Smells and needs maintenance. Especially getting to the beach and the filled in pool area. Very run down. Although condo was almost perfect, building needs help. Good location in a small quiet beach town.

Comfortable condo with great ocean view

The four of us - 2 couples in our 60's - traveled to the area to visit wildlife refuges and Kennedy Space Center. Of course, we wanted to be on the beach while here! This condo was comfortable, roomy, with a great balcony for sunrise and dolphin viewing. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Well stocked with vacation supplies. Quick answers to questions from Rob. Lack of beach access at condo was a little inconvenient, but not deal killer. Took a while to find laundry room, which turned out to be beside elevators.
