Breeze on Barclay - Coastal Relaxation

Breeze on Barclay is just a 250 metre walk from Werri Beach’s south end, one of the most popular surfing locations on the South Coast. This 4 bedroom home is perfectly positioned to make the most of the coastal lifestyle with the local bowling club, surf club and tennis courts all nearby. The town centre is in easy walking distance too, boasting gorgeous cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
This family home is ready for your next holiday sleeping 12 people, 8 adults being ideal, with bunks across the two levels for the kids. Featuring two living areas and also a large back deck with water views. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home, with an open plan kitchen, dining and upstairs loungeroom.

Breeze on Barclay is a pet friendly property, subject to the following:
Back Yard IS NOT Fully Fenced
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Small dogs only
Strictly no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).


Peak Season:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is Friday. We don't schedule arrivals on public holidays.

Family get a way

We had a lovely time. Easy walk to the beach. Short walk but very up hill to the shops so in all great location.

it's the little things.

As a large family it can be difficult to find somewhere we can all stay together, this place was perfect for us!! we have stayed in other places before, and none were as well equipped as this one, they have thought of pretty much everything. Decent sized coffee cups and wine glasses, basic pantry supplies and even some sporting gear you can use, plenty of books to read and even a little note saying you can take your unfinished book with you :)

Not good enough

Whilst we loved Werri beach and the location of the house the house itself was dirty, old, unsafe and just felt grotty. I have sent a detailed list to the agent but in its current state could not recommend this property unfortunately.

Needs maintenance and updating

Needs a lot of maintenance, property is appearing old and well worn and in need of repair. Doors were hard to open, not all the lights worked, was very musky when first opened and needs an overall clean.

Location great

Not air condition insufficient heater’s for large space. Downstairs extremely cold. No hairdryer or shampoo or conditioner. Plenty of used body washes. Stair railing not safe for children. OHS??Dirt bottle caps under cushions on lounge. Toaster dirty. BBQ table had holes in it, cushions on chairs on veranda not clean.

Great Stay

What an amazing place to stay, comfortable fits 12 people. Close to Werri Beach and surrounding shops and cafes. Would highly recommend this stay to a group or family looking to stay at a great place.

Great location but needs a lot of work

The house just needs some work. In particular the following; Blinds missing No fans Main bedroom door is coming off the hinges No blinds on the windows upstairs Plumbing noisy Front door lock is broken Leadlight door has holes in it
