Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, 6-person hot tub, open outside shower and picnic table. Inside you'll find a Den with kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and sink, flat-screen TV/DVD surround sound, game table seating 4 and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles and a full hall bathroom. Corolla walking trail along the Currituck Sound is right outside the door, perfect for launching kayaks or paddle boards.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with flat-screen TV and deck access and 2 Bedrooms each with Bunk Set and Single that share a full hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a large flat-screen TV/DVD with movie library including over 200 movies to choose from, gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 3, wine cooler and deck access, dining room with seating for 12 and a half bathroom. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and deck access to Hot Tub.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs.
