THIS IS A Latitude Adjustment! Nestled in the pines, this home provides a cozy, quiet and private retreat.
The home boasts a large open deck with fantastic gulf views, large open living and dining rooms with their own splendid views of the Gulf.
A lovely separate Florida room beckons you to curl up with a good book. New luxury vinyl tile floors throughout, with updated furniture and accessories.
The island pedestrian bike trail is right across the street, making for easy access for a nice stroll or bike ride to the State Park or town center.
BEDS:1 King, 1 Queen, 2 double/single bunks
Amenities: Multiple TVs, DVD Player, well equipped kitchen, Florida room, large open deck, laundry at ground level, park style grill, under house concrete parking, easiest beach access is the public boardwalk at 11th Street.
Fireplace is not for guest use.
(Pet Friendly. A $75.00 non-refundable pet fee is required per dog)
