Coastal Heaven-Ocean Walk 1201 / 105 SE 58th Street

Choose Coastal Heaven and the ELEVATOR will take you to this CORNER tastefully furnished 1300+ sq. ft. unit which features 3 bedrooms and sleeps 10.There is also a sofa bed in the living room if needed.

BR #1 : King bed with large dresser, closet, chair, luggage rack and TV & access to the deck.

BR #2 : 1 Queen and Bunk Beds with a large closet and plenty of drawer space. Also a desk and TV for children to play their games. A bathroom is shared with BR #1.

BR #3 : 2 Full Beds with large closet and cabinet and features a nice large bathroom.

There is also a half bath off the main entrance hall which makes it very accessible. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. If you purchased Linens for your stay, the will be delivered to the unit before your arrival.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need if you decide to cook a full meal. There is a large frig/freezer with ice water dispenser, glass top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and ample glassware and serving pieces. A washer/dryer and vacuum are also available.

Start your day with coffee from the Keurig coffee pot or, if you prefer, a Mr. Coffee. There is nothing more relaxing than going out on the deck to enjoy that coffee. This being a corner unit makes the deck very private Unfortunately Golf carts are not allowed on the property

Great Location

Home was just like the pictures, clean and roomy. The location is amazing, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and more! Would definitely stay again!

Walking distance to everything

You could walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, beach, and pool!!! Beautiful view and the people are soooo nice!!!

Walkable Convenience

We loved our stay! The location is truly excellent - just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. It made everything so convenient and enjoyable. The beach itself is beautiful, but keep in mind that the high tides can creep in, so get there early to avoid relocating later in the day. WiFi was a bit spotty during our stay, but it gave us the perfect excuse to truly unplug. One small suggestion: heavier curtains in the bedrooms would be a great addition. The current blinds/curtains let in some light from the stairway at night and morning sun. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is great!

The condo is better than the pictures: very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking is easy and reserved. The beach is beautiful, and the location and price was great. The elevator is a plus too! The walk to the beach with two young children did prove to be a bit difficult because the path to get to the beach consists of makeshift stairs, construction, and a busy road. I also did find picking the keys up at a different location inconvenient after driving so long with little ones; keyless entry would be nice. Regardless, I was very happy with our stay and would book again.

Nice place but had to bring everything—-sheets towels, toilet paper,.

Had to stop and get pool access card and only got 1! Then had to return it!!! Only got 2 condo keys and we had 3 families.

Great Location

This property was great for a beach week. The location was close to the beach strand. The walk was short and there was a view from the porch. The condo was spacious. The beds were all very firm (some may like this) and you do need to bring everything (bedding for 6 beds can be a lot to travel with) but we didnt need to use all the beds so it was not an issue for us. Oak Island beach is kind of narrow so not a lot of space on the beach. You will have to be close to your neighbors and the tide comes in really far. This just led to.early arrivals at the beach but i loved my stay. Property was managed by Coastal vacations. They were kind and informative. The host never responded to VRBO communication. If a need comes up definitely work with the realty company.

Would stay again

We stayed in this condo on Spring Break. To be said it is in a condo building. The dishwasher had a problem and they quickly came and fixed whatever was wrong! The king bedroom and the bunk room are the bedroom combos that share the jack and Jill bathroom. The balcony has perfect beach views with access from the king room and the living room. The parking is covered under the condos drive in spots for two vehicles. We had a van and an SUV and had plenty of room. My MAIN complaint is that there's no curtains and the lights from the walkway that leads to the condo is REALLY bright in the bunk room. There's blinds but some thick curtains would help significantly. The elevator location is conviently right outside the apartment/condo. The beach access was an easy walk with a sidewalk the whole way. Things were easily walkable. We walked a lot of places from the condo. The vacation rental management company was super nice. We would consider staying here again for sure depending on our group!

Oak Island stay

This condo was better than the pictures! So beautifully decorated, large rooms, large bathrooms, and so much room in the kitchen! Had all you could need in the kitchen, very neat, and plenty of room. This place is so well done and thought out. We loved the balcony and ocean view, easy access to beach, and pool area. Very convenient to grocery stores, shops, and not far from Southport. We would absolutely book this again. Only one thing that would help during our stay would have been a vacuum of some kind. No matter how much we tried to wash off the floor felt like a sand bucket. We swept and swiffered but was hard to keep up with. Overall this place is fantastic. We love Oak Island.

Great place to stay!

Our experience with renting this property was great overall. The check-in process was very straightforward. We even had an issue with flights and management had a back-up plan in case our arrival was delayed. The beach is about a 2-minute walk, which isn’t much if you don’t have beach equipment. If you DO plan on bringing beach equipment, make sure you have a wagon or plenty of people to help carry. The local shops are fantastic. There’s plenty of ice cream, coffee, and a brand-new candy store that is massive. If you need groceries, I recommend the Publix that is right down the road. The check-out experience was also a breeze. Overall I can’t complain.
