One Particular Harbour 396-103~ Beaches 5 minutes

Gorgeous, former Model unit overlooking Anna Maria Sound and the Intracoastal Waterway has a nearly unobstructed view of the beautiful coastline and wildlife. Enjoy coffee and the morning breeze on the screened balcony while watching the Osprey with his or her early catch and pelicans dive for breakfast. The ever changing view is with you all day to the evening when you will witness some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. The colors are astounding!


The Master en-suite has a king size bed and a lovely view of the Anna Maria Sound and Intracoastal Waterway, a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The second master en-suite has a queen size bed with private bath, tub and shower. The third bedroom has twin beds.

This condo comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker. Also features blow dryers in each bathroom, many beach towels, bath towels, and all the linens a family should need. Also, included is a pac n play.

No beach equipment.

This fabulous unit has an open and split floor plan pefect for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the bells and whistles one would need to whip up a gourmet dinner, special coffee or frozen cocktail. Did someone ask for a Margarita? Coming right up in the Margaritaville blender, complete with the "perfect" Margarita instructions.

As a formal Model for Minto Homes has everything the discerning traveler or Jimmy Buffett parrot head could ask for! This is not just a condo, it is a resort!! Come see for yourself!

Rates are based on a six (6) person occupancy. Seventh person charge is $25 per day.

Short term guests (less than one month) will enjoy the clubhouse, heated swimming pool, BBQ area with picnice tables and tot-lot playground for the little ones complete with a spash pad.

Long term guests (30 days or more) will enjoy additional comforts behind the gates of Harbour Isles which include clubhouse, state of the art fitness room, sky bar with tapas menu, nature trails and so much more!

No smoking, no pets. Holiday rates may apply for Memorial Weekend, Fourth of July week, Labor Day, Thanksgving, Christmas and New Years.

December celebrations

We have stayed in this complex (different condos) for three years during the week following Christmas to celebrate not only Christmas with my family but other things that have occurred during the year. We love it!!!!

Great location

Very convenient to Anna Maria beaches. Clean and well furnished. It would be nice to have a place to store beach chairs.

Property Marvelous - Property manager communication not so much

I would like to state that I own and operate a property management business. I have been perfecting my services for over 10 years and there are still things that I adapt thru the years. My family and I were very pleased with the condo in general. It was clean and comfortable and fairly quiet. The beds are soft and helped with a good nights sleep. The kitchen isn't as well stocked as I would have hoped, but we ended up not cooking any of our meals anyway. We never really explored the pool or grounds in general, but we did take a walk in the conservatory across the main road and it was very enjoyable. The check in process (which must be the only way it works for them) is to go across town and get your keys and than go back and turn them back in at the end of your stay. Again, must be the way they have to do things there. The PROBLEM was that during our stay the main gate key STOPPED working because they were changing out systems; which in itself would have been just fine, BUT when I called at 5:04 pm to report that our key had stopped working for us to get into the complex the ANSWERING SERVICE asked me if we were in the condo - when I replied "yes - a gentleman let us in" they informed me that it was not an emergency and that we would have to call back the next day!!! Excuse me..... gaining access to the complex is not an emergency??? I was than told it was NOT on their list of things that they could contact the property managers about after hours. Hmmm..... okay so I guess we don't leave to go get dinner??? I than spent over an hour working with the complex manager (not the property managers) to figure out how to get in to the complex for the rest of our stay! In my world - I am available to my guests 24/7 - so their advertisement that they are also available to their guests is completely false. You have to have an emergency that is on the answering services "list" to gain access to the powers of the property manager. I guess if your problem is not on the "list" you are on your own! Again, I think the complex is MARVELOUS and this unit was great with a very nice view. I would definitely stay here again. Please do keep in mind that I am sure they don't change out their system often, so my specific problem is probably not something that comes up often, but how the situation was handled was totally inappropriate!

Perfect for family with children! The third bathroom is an added plus!

Very clean and comfortable. Pool and playground for children was perfect! Enough kitchen pots and pans for cooking and plenty of utensils to use.

Unit smelled like pet urine

We have stayed in this location before and had a nice experience. This condo obviously had an animal that had accidents in the unit. It stunk like pet and urine. The property manager offered to move us 2 days after we made the complaint, however because we were there for competition it was to disruptive to move everything over to another unit after moving in. Very disappointed.

Very nice and comfortable property

Very nicely decorated and furnished. Also well supplied overall. rooms, beds, spaces all very comfortable. if you are staying in this particular area, this unit would be tough to beat. The area itself does require a car or bike ride to the beach. there are no fitness facilities on the property for short term renters which is a key miss for active people. Overall the owner has done a great job with this specific property.

Lovely condo!!! Fantastic view and location.

Great condo - spacious, beautifully furnished, kitchen well-equipped (including marguerita maker!). Nice pool and play area for kids, perfect close proximity to Anna Maria island with its perfect beaches. Will definitely return.

New Condo with Amenities

This was our second spring break at this condo development. It is located close to three nature preserves, has a beautiful community pool, splash pad and grilling area, and a marina next door. Condo was in great condition with a nice view of the intercoastal and kitchen was filled with what we needed for any meal prep.
