Farmhouse: 3 bedrooms + games room with pool table

The Farmhouse: sleeps 3 couples and for extras the games room converts to a 4th bedroom when needed.

Both the king and one queen bedroom have their own en suite, there is a 2nd queen bedroom and a main bathroom with full length bath with separate shower. There is a 3rd toilet at the end of the hall. All rooms are air-conditioned. The beautiful hand-crafted dining table seats 14, and the sunken lounge/living area has a smart TV, free unlimited WiFi and Foxtel. A games room with pool table is suitable as a 4th bedroom. Bedding in the games room includes 1 queen bed, 1 single trundle. A magnificent under-cover timber deck runs the full length of the home with glorious views of the Mudgee Valley, two BBQ's and plenty of outdoor furniture.
