The open planned interior gestures a cosy living area replete with two plush sofas, a flat screen TV with Netflix, bluetooth sound system, arm chair, and gas fireplace.

The sleek and modern kitchen features seafoam green tiles, white cabinetry, timber floors and a servery which opens out to the spacious deck. Guests will have access to a full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, oven dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The adjoining dining area offers seating for all six guests at an oversized timber table.

Outside, guests will find a sunny deck perfect for entertaining, with seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining. A lush, green backyard offers plenty of space for the kids to run around.

The home offers three cosy bedrooms all with ceiling fans and portable heaters. The first and second bedrooms feature a queen bed, while the third bedroom sleeps two in a double bed.
