Great location, Over priced for size, trip hazard inside
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Pictures did make place seem larger. Trip hazard from lounge area to rear bedroom and rear exit, no markings on it I used a checked table cloth I had. 3rd bedroom has louvers into lounge room provides no noise and little privacy barrier. Didn’t use anything other than microwave so can’t comment on oven, stove, stereo, tv or washing machine, we were going to use BBQ but too rusty and grotty. Top bathroom stainless steel base slippery when wet and soapy also has mould in the silicone it needs replacing. Window sills had dead insects and flies they were not clean nor was top of the fridge , skirting boards, behind and under beds. We, had to use underneath bathroom 2 oldies with knee replacements, an 88 year old to be safe. Agents not contactable on weekends - our daughters house couple doors down had NO LIGHTS, yes all circuit breakers and main board checked by my electrician husband. Not impressed with no emergency number available.
