Comfortable 3 bedroom holiday house with room for the family. The beach is close by and the backyard is ideal for outdoor living, BBQ's, your furry loved ones and perhaps a game of backyard cricket. ***Previously 23 Mullaway Drive***

Features: Open plan living, renovated kitchen, timber floors, side access for extra cars or the boat, fully fenced yard and covered outdoor entertaining area perfect for the summer BBQ.

Mullaway is a friendly coastal village with a popular general store, known for it's great take away (& icecream!). Take your pick of close by Cabins Beach or Mullaway Beach each perfect for swimming, surfing, snorkelling and fishing. Also close by is Mullaway Reserve with a lovely playground and picnic shelters with electric BBQ's. The CBD of Woolgoolga is a short 6km (approx.) drive with all the necessities, specialty shops, cafe's, restaurants and a supermarket. Take the easy highway cruise to Coffs Harbour just 30km's (approx.) away for major shopping.

Loved our stay with the dogs

Loved our stay with the dogs. Fantastic location, close to the beach and cafe. Older style beach cottage, well equipped, pleased to see the property has a reverse cycle aircon which made the stay comfortable in winter.

A lovely relaxing stay

A lovely relaxing stay In an old-style holiday house which has everything you need. It’s quiet and only a short walk to the lovely beaches of Mullaway. It has a nice safe yard for our dog too.

Beach getaway

Mullaway is a great location. Lovely beaches and local store. The house was perfectly adequate as a base for exploring the area. We had a great stay.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and suitable for our needs. But was very old with a strange floorplan layout, looks like it has had lots of rooms added on. Had a continual flowing bathroom tap leak which was fixed the same day we notified the real estate agent.. A new split air conditioning unit has been added which was good. You have to provide your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, bath mat and toilet paper. Shower screen only slide if you pushed it from the top.

Peaceful getaway

We had a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed being in the back garden on the terrace under the tree. We found the house to be comfortable clean and great for a peaceful holiday getaway.

Great location, good for the dogs

We found the property comfortable, clean and well located. An easy drive to the off leash dog beaches in the area, close to Woolgoolga and not too far from Coffs. Fenced yard was great for our dogs.

Great spot

Its a fun, well appointed house, with plenty of board games and a well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and quick drive/bike ride to Arrawarra headland.

Beautiful break

I have a nervous dog so I can’t really leave her anywhere. She loved the back yard and the beach as did I will definitely be staying there again. Peaceful location.

Lovely little quiet place!

Quaint, cute little cottage..Love all the wildlife about. Especially the little geckos. a quick 15 min walk to the beach. Cottage had everything we needed..Some of the fixtures may need to be looked at in the near future. The curtain rod in the bathroom was brittle and broken and held together with tape! We had a wonderful stay in Mullaway, such a beautiful tropical paradise. The house was great, well equipped and comfortable. It could definitely do with some ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the backyard needing mowing before we arrived. Otherwise it was great.

quiet, cosy beach house

great location , easy stroll to beaches and great little corner store. Comfortable and a bit quirky beach house which had everything we needed. Great secure backyard, sun trap for lazy mornings. great shower, comfy beds, lots of games and books ( no wifi and limited reception) . A proper old beach house and my family ( with an 18yr and 15yr old) loved it. We'll be back.

This property was perfect for three old friends to meet for a catch up holiday. Good yard for pets. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Weather kept us indoors and we were quite comfortable. There are abundant books boards games and video's available for entertainment Good location close to Woolgoolga but in a quite area. Close enough to walk to the beach..
